I use this for my front door and had to break into my home earlier when the finger print wouldn’t work and the key didn’t either. No it wasn’t deadUpdate: the inside mechanism for the lock / part inside the door completely bent out of shape. If you plan to use this for an extra room to keep guests, kids, etc out it’s 4/5 stars. MAKE SURE YOUR KEY WORKS mine didn’t😅

Cannot return since the window to return has passed. Unfortunately we didn't get to it installed in time to return or else I would. Waste of money. What’s the use of having Bluetooth and app enabled, if you have to be within 2 meters of the doorlock? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of a remote unlock? That was my whole reason for purchasing this product and it is useless for our need to lock/unlock a tool room remotely. Maybe I’m missing something but as of now, I can’t seem to find differently.

I like another have gone thru many battery replacements, I've even tried multiple kinds of rechargeable batteries also and still no longer than a week before dead. Great when working but since batteries don't last kinda useless if doesn't lock... To have paid $50 for a non locking lock is aggravating.

I tried 2 of them both have the same problem with the door latch it doesn't go back all the way.

Change the batteries, tried to reset and none of the four are no longer working
