I bought this to use in my stained glass smoke extractor and to replace the filters in my cats litter box. It seems to work great! I can see my soldering iron smoke get pulled into the extractor and no smoke gets blown out the other side. It seems to work because it tremendously helps with the fumes from soldering. So I'd say this is awesome! Saves you a ton of money vs buying precut sheets for specific items in your house.

This works great as an air filter. I ended up using it for box fans in windows. Helps cut the dust coming in immensely!DO NOT USE THIS FOR MAKING SMALL ALCOHOL HEATERS. It is not labeled for it, and will not work for it. This product is not pure carbon felt and will burn. This means you will have an alcohol heater for about one minute. :)

Seems to work well. I have not had to vhange it yet, but it seem to catch alot of dust.

Since it’s very wide, I use it on the intake side of my mini split. Yes, the mini split inside has its own washable filter however, the quality on that, and the amount of particulates that it captures is extremely low. Next to nothing but dust. I placed these on top of the intake, they have carbon filters so they should last 30 days or so and I’ve replaced them now twice at 45 days and at 55 days and it has trapped 2 to 3 times the garbage on the outside of the filter. This will prevent the mini split from getting clogged and leaking inside your home or apartment.

Good product. It was easy to cut to the desired size. I used Velcro to stick these over the AC vents in my apartment.

I chose this particular one because it’s thicker than others. It seems to work fine except it left lots of black carbon flecks on my main filter that I couldn’t vacuum out completely. Not sure if I could return it since it’s used…

I like these filters because you can cut them to fit. They will stop my exhaust fan from getting dirty this way I won't have to clean my exhaust fan every time I turn around. I can get quite a few filters from what I bought. It is just the right thickness that my exhaust fan has good air flow. I haven't had the filters long enough to know just how good the filters are yet but I am pretty confident that they will be great. Thank you so much
