App is difficult to connect
Great dual zone fridge for the price...this is identical to the BourgeRV dual zone fridge, which I also own... for less than half the price...This is the best dual zone fridge for the price you will find anywhere....was delivered in around 5 daysThe app is difficult to install and connect via bluetooth...This is NOT the fault of the fridge...these apps are just difficult to pair sometimes...mainly due to your phone...or not having 2.5G wifi available instead of 5G most people are using at home. The app is the same most of these fridges use...and the BorgeRV site uses...the Apticool app called "car frdige and freezer"...found in the android playstore, or wherever you get the apple appsI gave up trying to get that app to work...because my phone said the app kept stopping, before I could pair with it...I found the identical app called "flex adventures smart fridge freezer"...which worked perfectly...so try that...it is the same app...with all the settings and even has a copy of the manual...the app works great and is easier to control all the settings than trying to do it with the control panel.Great fridge for the price...get it

Convenience without ice!
A little bigger than I thought, but this is perfect. Better than perfect, as a matter of fact It cools faster than my house fridge and even freezes faster. It makes no noise that I have noticed. Better than a fridge. I wish we had known about this amazing unit sooner. Has exceeded every expectation. The various option sources for power connection are helpful. The low power draw makes portable battery packs viable to extend the footprint of use for full utilization of the unit's mobility. And it's solar-ready as yet another option. Bottom line: This is an exceptional product! A bit pricy, but it will pay for itself in a few weeks by the money I will save by cooking for myself on the road instead of buying prepared food in restaurants and travel centers. Pro Tip: It is big and heavy! The box it comes in is even bigger. I had to use a dolly to take it to my vehicle. I do recommend purchasing the right size for your needs. It can save you a lot of money.

Power cord is positional
Power is hard to get the unit to work. I have to wiggle the cord for about 10 mins and when I get power it will shut off.

Great Camp Fridge
This fridge is easy to set up and use. The operating instructions are clear and easy to follow. The Bluetooth feature is awesome. I really enjoy being to keep frozen foods while on extended hunts. I used it at home to get familiar with it and now look forward to using it in my camper conversion.

Missing the battery
I just received my pfrigo 55l and the description states it has a detachable battery. Mine did not come with a battery?

Good Customer Service
Update: After the original review the seller contacted me and apologized for the error in contact phone number that had a technology issue. The seller replaced the Pfrigo cooler and and stayed in contact with me until it was received. I like good customer service. This Pfrigo cooler is working great.

It's big, heavy, expensive and impressive.
We are reviewing the 48-quart model and our first impression receiving the big box on our doorstep from Amazon was: "Wow. This is heavier than we thought." Well, the product page clearly says it weighs 40 pounds, so we should not have been surprised. But that's the weight with this portable refrigerator empty and, to be honest, we hadn't clearly thought through the weight issue. Then, we realized that it's bigger than we thought. Again, the product page clearly explains the size. You can compare the width, length and height of whatever model you choose to purchase with the trunk or storage space in your vehicle. What surprised us was that we realized it will fit in our family car but it won't fit in a vehicle we are sharing with other family members for a trip. It's just that much bigger than a typical "cooler" that it won't fit the other car. The point I'm making is: This is bigger than the common "coolers" we have in our garage for family outings, so we have to think carefully about how and where this will fit. You'll want to do the same. Also, there are some impressive options on the product page that, to be clear, are not included. There's an option to order a lithium battery, which Amazon also carries from this company, although we were surprised to find that "add on" costs currently $129 on Amazon. Lithium battery packs are expensive, we all know, but that price made it prohibitive for us.There's also an option to use a solar panel array to keep this running, but we could not find a solar panel set from this particular company listed on Amazon. We're guessing the product page's description means that we could buy a solar panel array of our choice and plug that into the refrigerator. So, we're not taking either of those steps. That means we need to keep our 'fridge plugged in most of the time to keep it cold. That's fine. We're just stressing for other customers that some of the cool ideas on the product page are going to cost even more and are not included. We do very much like the design of the handle and wheels, which does let us wheel this around pretty effectively. Given the weight, we will be loading this once it's already inside the car for travel. And, when we reach our destination, we'll want a couple of us to lift this thing out. Maybe the weight isn't daunting for you, but it was an issue for us.One tip on the baskets: Look closely at the dimensions of the interior baskets shown on the product page for whatever model you're considering. We discovered the 'fridge basket in the 48-quart model won't "fit" our favorite biggest salad bowl, nor will it fit a 9-by-13 Pyrex dish. We did note that a bigger model would fit those containers, if you are going with the 80-quart model, let's say. For us, the "work around" is that we simply put salads or foods into containers that will fit and put them in those other dishes at our destination. We also like the interior design with "wire baskets," which makes getting stuff in and out of this 'fridge much easier. We can fill the baskets in the kitchen, then cart those baskets to the 'fridge that's already in the car.Why would anyone want something like this, as opposed to a basic cooler?Well that's your question to answer as a customer. For us, we love ice cream; we also want to safely transport meat and fish and salads. We also have some outdoor venues we enjoy that make this a perfect addition. But, given the price, you'll want to assess whether you can meet your needs with a less-expensive cooler.
