Disappointed
I am a women 5;6" and 135 lbs. and size 7 shoe. I had a horrible time. My foot kept slipping out of the shoe straps and I had to get something to hold to keep my balance. I could not do it and talked my husband in giving it a try. His feet stayed in the shoe straps but it was awkward and he kept losing his balance. From all of the reviews I thought it would be a lot easier. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Comes off too easily even when tightens to the max - but overall its okay

Not Very Practical
In theory this is an sensible way to aireate a lawn, but in reality it is not very practicle in that it compresses the dirt. That combined with the fact I found it impossible to keep on, after about 15 steps I threw them away.

One shoe's Velcro didn't stay fastened .

Lawn aerator
These look just like the photo, and are preassembled. The straps are easy to adjust, however, with stiff soil you will feel some tug a war going on. Plunges the ground with no problem and helped me spot rocks in the grass.

Need to do this some more.
I’ve used it one time on a particularly needy area. Not much help, honestly. I’ll keep at it and update if I see more success.
