Used these as flooring in a garage, and super easy to put down. They can handle weight OK, but I would probably want something a little more premium for an indoor gym.

Bought 2 orders , although they look identical, tiles from first order would not interlock with second , each order had a different barcode and slightly different spacing between the slots ?

I got all in 24 of them to place down on the floor of our new hot tube hut i also painted the floor before putting them down to water proof and stick them down on the floor very easy to fit and cut made the hot tube hut fully water proof and non slip as well i am so very happy with the way the floor now looks with the interlocking soft foam mat down

These are not bad but not as sturdy and thick as i thought. was looking for mats for BJJ, these were the only options. If you are putting it on flat grass or an already soft surface these are good. Bit of a hassle to take care of as they quickly start to bend

Strong sturdy foam that it on the bottom of my garden shed. Absolutely great quality! Price is well worth it!
