Directions

Stir 1 sachet of OMNI-BIOTIC® 10 AAD (=5g) twice daily into a glass of water (approx. 125mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNI-BIOTIC® 10AAD should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. If you take OMNI-BIOTIC® 10AAD twice a day, we rec- ommend one dose in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening before going to bed. Ideally, OMNI-BIOTIC® 10 AAD should not be taken together with an antibiotic, but at least 1 hour before or after.
