Q: What material are these flatware set made of, will it rust?And packing?

I’m not sure what it’s made of. Seems plated to me but it washes well and no rust so far.

Q: Where the product comes from and how many pieces of cutlery are in it?

The box it was delivered in says it was made in China, and there are six of each utensil (forks, butter knives, large spoons, small spoons), so 24 pieces total.

Q: Looking to buy this set, for anyone that has previously bought this product, has there been any rusting on the silverware?

I have the gold set and it's all been holding up really nicely. No rusting or chips.
