The bag is very good quality and was size I was looking for very pleased with everything about bag will order again

Cross body bag arrived on time, looks very nice, but unusable as the strap is defective, will not close and keeps falling off I wish to keep the bag but am told by amazon only alternative is to return the whole item for a refund, would be so much cheaper to return strap, very disappointed

Very disappointed. Took forever to arrive and was very unlike the picture . The return was not smooth either but did receive a full refund eventually

I love this purse so much that I now have 3 different colors. I love that I can change the strap. The inside liner is not black and therefore it is super easy to find stuff inside the purse. I like that it has 2 different side pockets on the outside of the purse.

I needed a bigger purse, but I didn’t wanna spend a lot of money, but I’ve gotten cheap purses on Amazon for and then fall apart, and I hate to say it but I’m not exactly easy on my purses but I’ve had it for about a week now I love it I like that I can switch out the band and it holds everything. It doesn’t get dirty so far I’m definitely gonna order some more of them. It’s just great!

The hardware is gold and the black and white camo strap is all glittering!!! Not at all reflected in the picture or description! Super disappointing as it was not what I was looking forward to receiving at all! Returning ASAP! So tacky looking!
