Fairly easy to assemble. Hardest part was canopy. The ties indicate the back or bottom of canopy. If you look at the listing photo as you build, that will help.Well made. Very sturdy. Has elastic bands to keep cushions in place. Little side tables are great. Love that footrest nest underneath making for a smaller cover size.

My husband put it together. It took him a while not because of the instructions but because it has a lot of pieces.

No written instructions are included. Directions for assembly are pictures. I used the internet photo as a reference. I spent two evenings after work and one weekend morning putting the sunbed together for my wife. My wife’s not impressed. If you want something that provides shade for a person’s face, save your money. Purchase something for this price that has good reviews and comes with written directions.

Bought two of these shade chairs for my main patio. Missing multiple screws, washers and the pneumatic lift rods! This can’t be fully assembled! The instructions are crap! It just shows two figures and letters with arrows. I’m a retired Submariner and I’ve seen nuclear electrical diagrams that were simpler to understand. Now I’ve gotta contact the source for the proper parts to assemble this FUBAR!Update 1: The seller is pleasant to work with to resolve problems. However the factory where the quality control problem is THE Problem! The assembly parts issue should be addressed immediately! Granted the price point is decent but Amazon should address this QA issue.Update two: I’ve given up with the seller. I again asked for the missing parts after this crap was assembled. Response was to change my rating for them to further help resolve the issue. I’ll take care of the missing parts myself at the hardware store instead of be extorted by some foreign company! DO NOT BUY!!!

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing but so happy I did. I love it. Fits perfectly in my small space. I had a friend put it together with no problem. I love the thickness of the cushions and how the cushions for the foot rest has an elastic band to keep them in place.

Difficult to assemble, no written instructions, only pictures. Color is black but Looks espresso brown & not listed on description. Ottoman is about 2 inches lower than the seats but in picture looks like it lines up to seats so that it can be like a bed.

Horrendous instructions. Very few words and mostly images. The images are mostly rectangles and it's hard to tell which of them corresponds to the physical items. And when they show you the diagrams of putting it together, it's not broken down in small enough steps. It's about five different things being connected in each diagram.
