I've dealt with bunion pain for years and had low expectations for these spacers. The first day I noticed a difference, and a week later I almost forget what the pain felt like! The spacers are super soft and stretchy, like a kid's toy. (Can't think of another comparison.) They feel a bit odd when I first put them on, like having a band-aid around your toe, but after walking around I don't notice them at all. The night-time straightener bothered me the first night so I haven't tried it again, I mostly use the small one or the one with the side cushion while walking. I used to have pain even when sitting or laying down, (sometimes worse than standing!) but now even when not wearing the spacers, the pain is gone. Truly remarkable!

Don't waste your money. There very uncomfortable ,I wore them for about 2 weeks I didn't see any improvement.

This product is working for me. My only complaint is that it came without instructions and it was hard to figure out how to use it. Once I figure it out, it has helped relieve the pain when walking.
