Fantastic mouse with 1 minor issue
Switching from my old rival 5 to this was easy, and I've been wanting a wireless mouse for YEARS since my mouse cable always used to get caught and mess up my aim. This one has fixed my issues perfectly! It's nice, light, and feels good in the hand though the piano black gloss finish on the side buttons feels a little bit less premium than the finish on the rival. I have rather small hands for a man in his 20s (~20cm outstretched from pinky to thumb tip), but my hybrid palm / claw grip works comfortably with this size, although the silver thumb button towards the mouse is a bit tricky to reach, but I can hit it if i readjust my grip on the mouse, but that's not very likely mid-firefight in game. SteelSeries GG software works great, though I installed a 3rd party app to monitor the battery levels in the system tray. I usually get about 2 days of use (about 8-10 hours per day) with the RGB on, and around 3-4 with RGB turned off (always with max poll rate, 400 cpi, 10 minute sleep timer). the one semi-important con I've found with this mouse is that, occasionally, after waking from sleep, the mouse will move around the screen just fine, but the button presses wont register. This is easily fixed by turning the mouse on and off again with the switch underneath, but just something to be aware of if you ever encounter this issue. I haven't bothered to RMA the mouse because of this, since I've been through the SteelSeries process a few times, and I don't like how it leaves me without a device for a few days) All in all, pleased with the fit, finish, and functionality. If you're coming from a rival 5 or other similarly sized mouse, the transition should be pretty much seamless! Just don't bother with the RGB, you'll get much better battery life and only lose out on functionality you cant see when the mouse is in use.

Awesome light mouse with irritating bloatware & RGB
Good: Very light mouse with solid PTFE pads on the bottom - feels very precise. As a guy with medium sized sweaty hands, this fits perfectly and the extra ventillation is a big plus for me. I game several hours a day typically and the battery is lasting 1 -2 weeks. Charge time is an hour or so and you can use the mouse while plugged in, so this is no issue for me. Bad: the RGB can only be turned off by installing the bloatware. Only off while connected to PC, otherwise it defaults to on, after the warranty is up I am going to desolder the LEDS.

It’s genuinely good.
I don’t know why these reviews are so critical, this is genuinely an excellent mouse. It’s ergonomic, responsive, tracks super well, stylish, built nicely, packaged well, decent software, and never had issues with the wirelessness (Though I’ve only had it for few days, my first impressions are still met.) I improved instantly in games because of its general abilities and the buttons are a nice touch and don’t interfere with anything at all. The value for money could be a bit better too, but you definitely get what you pay for. An excellent mouse. Only dealbreaker I have is the battery, which I can always charge the mouse easily from my desk when I’m not using it, but it drains a little too fast for comfort. Overall, brilliant. I think 4.5 stars is a much better rating but can’t do that.

Great gaming mouse
I play games like Arc raiders/BF6 and MMOs and love mapping my buttons to the mouse, loving the mouse so far, lots of customizable buttons and RGB options, feels very light, feels nice in the hand, functions really well, mouse wheel is high quality, the side buttons seem close together but I haven't accidently pressed the wrong side button yet (silver side button felt out of reach but my older mouse was a bit smaller, used to it now) 3 different connections via dongle/wired/bluetooth all work well, I prefer the wireless dongle, comes with an adapter for the dongle if you don't have a USB-C port. If you download the GG engine from the SteelSeries website you get alot of customizable options and their version of aim labs kind of cool. Overall best mouse I've used so far, will update the review if any issues down the line.

Kept freezing every 3-5 seconds and loosing tracking. Googled many others with same problem.
Mouse feels solid, buttons were clicky and the weight was pleasing (it is very light). The mouse can connect via proprietary WIFI dingle, Bluetooth or use USB cable. In use however, I was plagued by frequent freezing of the cursor regardless of using Bluetooth, dongle or a cable. The mouse would never disconnect but would just freeze and is a problem I've never had with gaming mice prior nor with the Logitech G Pro mouse I have replaced it with. I also need to mention some quality-of-life issues. The SteelSeries software first and foremost is terrible to use and is bloated with no end of adverts and subscription stuff shoved into it. Secondly, unlike Logitech G mice at cheaper price points, there's no onboard profile support, so you have to use the software to set RGB, sensitivity and polling rate. The settings also only work if you use the dongle or cable, connecting the mouse via Bluetooth means the settings can't be modified in the software so the mouse jus cycles thru RGB constantly and can't be configured. Plenty of people on tech sites and Reddit complaining about the tracking issues and the software problems. I gave up after a week and sent it back and replaced with a Logitech G Pro wireless mouse that's working fine. It was also fractionally cheaper.

best build of a mouse i've ever owned, light and accurate. sadly something is up with this build as it began to fail a few weeks ago. alas now the right click will only activate by way of clicking the left, middle and side button... annoyingly boring
