ANZZI ENVO Echo Elongated Smart Toilet Bidet in White with Auto Open, Close, Flush and Heated Seat | TL-STFF950WH

Bought and installed 2 of these. Now that they're installed, they're working well, especially for the price. I knock of 2 stars because of installation issues. As another reviewer noted, attaching the hose to the inlet on the seat is a real problem, which is odd, considering that they are manufactured to attach. It is nearly impossible not to cross-thread. I messed up one set of threads and barely got the attachment to work with teflon tape. I managed the other one without tape, but it had to be tightened to the perfect spot. Any tighter, and the shredding would have started. Both of them feel like they could get knocked a bit and start a flood. Also, the instructions indicated to attach to the cutoff valve, but that would not work on either of my valves. I had to attach at the tank, which is fine, but the hose is stiff, and this makes it stick out to the side and put pressure on the connections. This makes me more worried about the flood! Oh, and, as noted, the connections and seat slide back and forth. I haven't put in a kluge for that yet.

Took a professional installer 3.5 hours to install the Echo smart toilet at $125 per hour because the online video's and the installation guide are wrong. TL-STFF950WH. "Take out the covers. Unscrew the long screws and lift the toilet seat-lid assembly from the toilet" Without removing the small screws and a large screw from the back of the toilet it is impossible to remove the seat-lid assembly from the toilet.

The Echo unit replaced a 35 year old two piece flush toilet. What a difference!The design, lighting, and toilet operation are outstanding. About the only downside so far happens when our Lab walks past the toilet and the lid opens. Actually kind of entertaining!We had the toilet professionally installed, and that proved to be a good call. Our water supply was located closer to the unit than specs called for, so connecting the water supply with the supplied hardware would have been a tight fit and not looked terribly good.Plumber replaced supply hose on toilet, and connected it directly to the supply valve. Took about 20 minutes.

This product is well built,easy to install,and functions flawlessly. I would highly recommend,

Fairly soon after installation there was a crack in the toilet seat (see picture) and the dryer did not work. I contacted Anzzi and they told me that the product was not under warranty because I had not registered the product within 2 weeks. Their own website says to register within 90 days of delivery, which I did. I purchased the Envo Echo on February 6, but it was only delivered on February 10 and it was installed on April 22. I registered the product around April 30.I cannot recommend this product given the quality of the product.

Purchased this to assist with elder-care of my mother-in-law. It was easy to install. We have dismal water pressure, so we removed the regulator cover and o-ring. Best water pressure in the house. This has been one of the best purchases we have made this year. Who knew we would be big fans of a bidet! This seat was economical, but it looks and works like it was much more expensive. AND no water on the floor!!

It squeaks when shifting one's weight on the seat.

Great product. With 2020 being the year of toilet paper shortages this solves the issue. And so much better for spetic systems.
