Non Android compatable
The camera itself has many great features. The only drawback was the app. If you have an android don’t bother. I had to reconnect many times to the internet and reset constantly to include reloading the app. The app is not android friendly. I had to quit after Seven times deleting and reloading the app.

Really nice picture quality..for main camera
Been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised by the front camera quality.Saving to a 128G card that is made for dashcams and the video is solid. (No jumpy video here)The rear camera is a bit on the cheap side in both build and video quality so I did take a star off for that

Works okay. Loop recording doesn’t work.
Easy to setup. Loop recording does not work. When it’s full, it beeps that there is a memory error. And only way i’ve seen to get around it is to reformat the card before it works agin. Also it comes with a hardwired cigarette adapter (which does have ports for additional USB connections) for the power, so if you want to plug into existing usb port, you’ll need another cable.

Excellent 4K UHD Front / 1080p FHD Rear Dashcam for the price
The Blueskysea B4K 2-channel dash camera bundle offers a great set of features for the price. You get a true 4K UHD front camera (Sony STARVIS IMX415 8MP image sensor) and a 1080p FHD rear camera (Sony STARVIS IMX307 2MP image sensor). The front camera windshield mount is also the GPS data receiver. The GPS receiver allows you to log speed and location info. The B4K buffered parking mode is a great feature to help you keep track of what takes place when your vehicle is parked. You must power the B4K with the optional B4K hardwiring kit to allow buffered parking mode to work. I have included a picture of how I wired the B4K hardwiring kit in my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. When the B4K front camera is operating in single camera mode (no rear camera), it can record 4K UHD video at 30 fps. When the rear camera is added, the frame rate for both the front and the rear camera is limited to 24 fps when the front camera is configured to record 4K UHD video. The rear video files recorded at 24 fps can be a bit choppy when viewed. The B4K video files are TS files which are designed to be more resilient when the power is turned off to the dash camera. The B4K creates videos using the H.265 (HEVC) video codec. You may have to install an extension on your computer to allow it to play H.265 video codec video files. If you're looking for an inexpensive dash camera that's packed with a great set of features, I believe the Blueskysea B4k 2-channel dash camera should be on your list of dash cameras to purchase.

Blurry front camera and software issues
1. Front camera is blurry for whatever reason. I have tried reset 2k, 4K and 1080 but they all come out blurry. Rear camera is good.2. The date time stamp don’t stick. Currently in April we are in EDT. Though I set the time correct, it falls back to EST that is one hour behind from current time. This is super annoying when I try to see videos based on time stamp.3. The rear wire that connects from the front camera is short. The length of the wire may be ok if you leave the wire dangling in car. But when try to hide it or tuck in it’s really short for an SUV and van.Overall the camera is Okay. This is probably worth 70bucks and not 100+.

Excellent customer service
Installation was very easy once I figured out where I wanted to place the cameras and wires. I had some difficulty connecting with my phone to download video at first, but no further issues after the initial try. I honestly thought the video would be shaky because of how small the camera is, but the 4k video is very clear and stable. After several months of use I thought had a problem with one of the 2 cameras I purchased, but with a lot of help from the warranty department it was determined the problem was with my memory card, and not with the camera. I consider myself to be fairly tech savi, so I can't state enough how much I appreciate the warranty departments working through all the possible issues till we figured out the problem.

DO NOT HARDWIRE THIS CAMERA - 2 Alternators down
The quality of the camera image is fine, however it is absolutely NOT worth trying to hardwire in this dash cam. In the one year I have owned this dash camera, it has killed two alternators in my Subaru Impreza. It works fine using the cigarette charger, but the hardwire kit is a mess. I installed it once myself, checking the fuses etc. immediately, my car battery was dead every time I tried to start it. I unplugged the hardwire kit and my battery stopped dying but my car was incredibly rough to start. I took the car for diagnostics and the alternator had been damaged by the hardwire kit. I fixed the car and drove around with the dash cam pluged in the cigarette lighter.Almost a year later and I got fed up of the wires dangling around so I took it to a car audio/electronics shop to have them hardwire it, in case the last issue was my fault. It was installed by professionals, using the correct fuses. The very next day my car struggled to start... sure enough, it has damaged my alternator again. I've spoken to Blue Sky Sea and they give the same generic installation instructions. Now I'm out $500+ in replacement alternators. I wish I had started by spending a little more for a camera from a more reputable company.

Backed with quality Customer Service
Installation was easy, the video quality is excellent but, they did not have a OS compatible player for the B4K model camera. I worked with them and they produced a player that worked with OS. And while it had some kinks, they were worked out with my feedback, and in a very reasonable time period. And as a result of the excellent customer service, an excellent rating was registered.I was so pleased to find a company that puts the customer first; which is strange because,..isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be!?
