This magnesium definitely raises your mag levels! I was taking 1 capsule at night. I had several spells of Tachycardia at 4:00AM. My dr checked my magnesium and potassium level and the Mag was over the recommended limit so I quit taking it. Doc said to take 1/3 of that dose. Have to find a lower dose. He suspects that the high mag levels caused my Tachycardia!

I will be taking these for the rest of my life! My sleep has been soooo good! Also I think I’ve been dealing with restless leg. Had an uncomfortable feeling every night when I lay down. Keep me up for hours. But now I hardly get that uncomfortable feeling but when I do it’s manageable.
