Cracked
The product came well packaged but even so the base of the machine had a crack in it as to where the part that was damaged was basically almost completely broken off. Had a replacement sent and this was also cracked all the way from top of base to the bottom. Also the replacement was missing items

Use this to start my business and it never disappoint

Defective
These item came defective and does not work properly. I finally took the product out the box never used and it was cracked on the top and bottom plastic balloon stuffed. I spent $400 and I can’t get a refund. I will never purchase this item if I were any future customer.I will be contacting Amazon customer service to see if they can process me a refund since the seller isn’t.

Could do better with packaging
I was very excited when my order arrived until I opened it up. The plastic machine was cracked and could not be used. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement in 2 days. Only if the first one would have came like the second one I would have given 5 stars. The machine could be a little better. It also does not come with instructions

Try a different product.
The mouth of this product was not easy to use. The air machine got hot easy the balloon clamps are heavy. balloons ripped. The whole thing seemed to be missing pieces. hard to juggle every piece to this machine to work. there are no connectors for the air hose.

No grips on filling port
The product arrived in nice condition. However, there are no grips on the filling port causing the balloons to not stay on to inflate. I was able to to get one balloon on after multiple attempts and had a hard time to inflate without applying pressure to make sure the suction was air tight.

Product used for.
My opinion it’s overpriced but I think that’s the going rate for this product. Plus they say I’d you had problems or questions email them but there is no email address.

Nothing to grip the balloon lip
Balloons slide right off as there is nothing to hold them in place. The bottom arrived cracked so balloon would expand all the way. Lids also come apart upon filling it up.
