SH Lighting6733T-WH(U) Crystal Inspired 3-Bulb Table Touch Lamp, 29.5"H, White/Chrome

This lamp is beautiful, but I had bought one before 3 years ago and it had 3 touch settings, this one only has 1. The problem with this lamp is it’s haunted and it turns on and off when it wants. At first I was scared and was thinking of sending it back to hell where it came from. But I got lazy and decided to keep it and now think it’s possessed by just a bored ghost. I live alone so it makes me feel like I have someone there with me now.

The lamp arrived on time but wasn't packaged properly. The crystals & the tiny metal rings on it were all over the box. Took 30 min to find all the rings & detached crystals. The assembly was another pain. It took over an hour coz the inside of that "perfectly" finished metal rod was a ton of rust scraping off (attached picture) that ruined the carpet & made installation worse. I bought another one from a different seller that was way prettier & a bit cheaper. Not worth the price.

We bought this lamp for my daughters super chic room. I thought this would be gorgeous, but struggled putting it together without instructions. Once I put it together, and hoped it was done correctly, I plugged it in and tried to turn it on. I read it's a touch lamp and seriously tried the best I could. I received quite a shock when it turned on. I worried it would catch fire if I kept it on. I don't feel comfortable that it's well made. I wish I found one that was more reliable and safe. By the way...the lamp is very large, so purchase with that in mind as well.

I bought 2 of these lamps and received them in January. 4 months later one just stopped working and the company would not replace. For the cost they are not worth it if they fall apart!! ! Very disappointed!!

Although these lamps are very pretty for my guest room, they do not have an on off switch . They are touch base and the tubes can make the power connection shaky. They do not fit tightly on the bottom and can spin. One of my tubes had rust on the inside. The hooks for the crystal strings do not stay on the glass cups so had to buy hooks for those. Its pretty disappointing that these would not have the common needs of a lamp and had to spend more money for them to work properly. Its Christmas and I am too tired to return them.I edited this review because I wasnt thinking clearly due to loss of loved one.

Lamps stopped working in less than a year. After contacting the seller I received a vague response of “needing to check inventory stock” and then no reply for weeks.Save your money. There’s wasnt even a response on how to fix the lamps or parts to replace. They were beautiful and I loved them UNTIL THEY JUST STOPPED WORKING. No response/lack of customer service means I will not be purchasing from this seller again and I recommend you don’t either. The least they could’ve done was send me directions on how to fix potential issues or a return/replace option. Very disappointing.

It is so beautiful once put together! The instructions SUCK and are actually stamped on the box it comes in. A little bit of trial and error and triple checking the terrible diagram and I got it figured out. Totally worth it.

Beautiful and the rich looking but the whole lamp is crooked and it has three lights which is so bright that you can brighten up the whole room it’s not for bedroom. I love the touch on off. I wish all of the lamps come will touch on and off . But the problem with this one is that it doesn’t have three way touch sensor so when you touch once the whole three lighting bolts are on.
