recomend this tea!! just make sure you follow the instructions Boil 1 lt of water and add the tea, I prefer to empty the bag and then leave it over night, in the morning I add 3 more littler of water and then separate in small bottles 8 oz with breakfast and lunch and 4 with dinner . Im doing this combined with the intermited fasting. which my last meal is before 7pm and eat at 8 am week one you will see results, but don't give it by grand it. and follow with week 2, 3 and 4 for best results

El producto no vale la pena no gasten su dinero en esto para empezar está muy caro y solo te llega una bolsita muy pequeña como si fuera un sobre de un té cualquiera esto es una estafa ahí les dejo una foto de lo poquito que trae este producto
