Pretty high quality for the price
Absolutely happy with this purchase! Med tech/caregiver here, I got this to replace a bulky medkit since I was only really using the bandages/gauze all the time, and this allows me to leave the things I don't commonly use in the medcart without having it on my person all the time.I only really got it for the pouch, and I'm not disappointed! Its durable, lightweight, has plenty of pockets. The back has both vertical and horizontal attatchment points, as well as a clip! I usually clip it to my scrubs or gait belt and forget its even there till I need it, its pretty lightweight.Though I didn't end up using most of the included kit items, I can vouch for the quality of them at this price, this kit is definitely worth more than I paid for and I'd still be just as content if it were double the price tbh.

This pouch works perfect for both of them
Im on an inter-facility bls truck working long shifts at a time. I also work on a separate 911 bls truck. This pouch works perfect for both of them. Most of what came in the pouch I don't use because we already have it on the truck, but it serves its purpose.Pros: Comes with standard everything you will need, and the trauma shears and other tools are of quality.Nice size for personal customization to meet day to day life.No more changing everything out of your tech pants every night.Fits so comfortably you will forget its there, in any seat.Cons: The shears in the main cover picture are considerably smaller than in real life. They are not mini, but not the standard large size I'm accustomed to. They are accurately represented in the rest of the pictures though. For clairifcation, when the pouch is closed properly, the cover will be snug with the top of the shears. The pictures showing the stethoscope and other tools in the pouch as well are not a perfect representation the the pouch. The fold line for the cover is the top of the shears, and it is snug then. It WILL NOT fit those other tools, properly, with the top closed on it.Not really a con, but may also be nice to experiment with a magnetic closure. Also there is an open space between the belt loop and the beginning of the pouch, so you can wear it horizontally as well. I believe this would be a perfect place for a loop to slide a larger set of shears into, with a small strap to secure it in place, like most technician pants have.*Note: not all, but a good bit, of what is in the picture, came with the pouch.Overall 5/5 and I love it!

Fantastic daily driver
I absolutely love this pouch.I have this with me literally each and every day, there's a few things I think that could be improved but overall I'm very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy it again. The shears that come with it are fine, however, I've replaced them with some better ones from Madison Supply, but be aware that the shears and the space for the shears are quite small. So larger shears will not fit in that area.. But after 2 months of daily use, nothings failed. I haven't had any problems or anything fray and or break. The pupil light is good, I've dropped it countless times. It still works and functions properly. Nothing bad to say there, I use it with some AAA eneloop rechargeable batteries. They last about a week or two before needing a recharge with light use. So no battery complaints there. The gauze and items that come with the pouch are all good as well. I don't necessarily think the mini sewing kit is really needed that much, but it doesn't hurt. The only thing I wish I could add is that I wish there could be some molle webbing on the front, even if it added an extra half inch width and length wise, I think it'd be worth it.. Also, maybe some sort of molle velcro webbing on the top so I could put on a "morale" patch or something of the sort. (Maybe a first aid logo, etc)I also wish that the caribeaner clip was a little better. I recently replaced it with my own that just feels a bit more sturdy. Nothing wrong with the one that comes included. But it could be better imo.

Quick access to the things you need.
I was torn over whether or not to give this item a 3 or 5 star review. I am splitting the difference to give it a 4 star. I tended towards the 5 star because it is inexpensive and it will do what I need it to do which is conveniently hold my gloves, penlight and alcohol wipes so I don't have to dig through my pockets.I was tempted to give a 3 star because the quality is fair; not poor but fair. This kit is ideal for an EMR or EMT student mostly due to the penlight (if you lose it no big deal) and the pouch (plenty of room for gloves and alcohol wipes.) The rest of the items can go in my lesser 1st aid kits.

Great value pouch!
You can not go wrong with the value of this EMT side pouch! The pouch is a nice material its strong not cheap feels like it can take a beating and keep going. Clips on with ease if you already have a belt on or loop it with your belt. It’s comfortable to wear all day no problem. The closing flap keeps everything in nice and in place with no worrying of losing something. The trauma shears and pen light are of high quality, the shears will definitely cut through some tough materials and the LED pen light is soft to check ears and eyes and bright enough to look around with. The key hook is a strong plastic very sturdy and light weight keys clip on and off with ease. This EMT pouch is worth every penny perfect for beginners and and fully trained EMT techs. I highly recommend this kit to everyone.

Great for nurses
While working as a PCT, I bought it, and first I thought it was a bit bulky, but actually, I prefer to carry a side bag rather than stuffing my scrub pockets. I saw another nurse carrying a similar bag and I thought that it actually did look professional. That bag will keep your tape, scissors, alcohol wipes organized and in reach etc..I don't want to keep tape hanging from my badge or scissors in my pockets. I am starting my nursing job in a few days and I will feel ready and confident to not forget essential supplies when I step into the patient's room ad start a procedure.
