I’ve been using glamnetic for years! And I’ve ordered via Amazon before and had amazing results. I was a big advocate of this product. So when I bought more, you can imagine my surprise to find not one, but two bottles where barely even giving me any product. It was so dry. I figured there is no way the product i loved for years would have this crap delivered on purpose! So I ordered replacement for both of the two liners I bought. Results? The same! Nothing comes out, completely unusable. I’m so bummed. I may try directly from their website, but I don’t have a lot of hopes right now.

This is usually my go to but this is my second time order and it has been sticky clumpy and dry! I am so disappointed

I usually absolutely LOVE glamnetic products and have never had a problem in the past. This time the eyeliner was dry and clumpy the second it arrived. I will try on their website from now on to see if there's a difference

I originally purchased from glamnetic last year and really fell in love with their products. When my lash glue started to go bad, I decided to order from Amazon because I thought it would be faster shipping and it was. However, the product arrived dry, clumpy, and very difficult to apply (the photo is supposedly brand new).I contacted glamnetic and the customer service was amazing. They sent a new one with quick ship time. I was very impressed and will continue to support their brand (just not through Amazon).4 stars for the Amazon hassle
