Maybe I am just not using them properly but I have had problems with these.They are lightweight and flexible there are two things not noted in the description of the product if I had known in advance I would not have purchased these headphones.1. - Mic is on the right side and it can not be moved to the left - I always use my mic on the left ear I am left handed.2.- Stated USB connection but this is actually USB-C and I had to purchase the adapter in order to use it on any of my equipment. Should have an adapter included for the price of this item.Will not purchase Jabra items again unless they are more forthcoming with a complete description of the product. I have other wireless and wired headsets at 1/2 the price that work as good if not better then this item.

I use my headphones for virtual work meetings, it's great that they have built-in software to accommodate the Teams platform (I use them primarily for Teams and Webex); sound is excellent, comfort is very good (I have a somewhat small head, and I am female). I love the fact that I can "hear myself" when I speak, which is not a typical feature on headphones and the carrying case is very nice. I deducted one star was because I didn't realize that the headphones must be plugged into a Type C port (my laptop only one has, and I need it for my power cord), had to buy a "splitter", a USB Connect-C Hub, which was an added expense. I was looking for a mid priced wired headset that worked off of the USB C port, and came across this one after seeing the recommendation in the NY Times. Audio quality is great on Teams and Zoom, and you don't look like a sonar operator wearing them. They are comfortable for long wear. It was hard to find a decent headset without spending hundreds, so this was a welcome find.

I have had a similar part of this brand for close to 7 years. I bought these hoping they would be similar. They are not. My old pair allowed me to hear myself in the conversation so I wasn’t yell talking. These do not. This also give an eco “room” noise like my other party is talking in a hall or big room. Not happy with my purchase.
