Q: Do you have rubber handles for these?

all stainless steel..... no plastic handles

Q: Can they also be used to shred meat?

Yes, I bought for lifting and shredding. They're heavy duty, long, and the tines have great pulling for shredding. I'm now using these instead of the fork shredders used for bbq.

Q: Are these forks made of one piece construction, like the first photo? Or soldered, like the other 3 photos?

Mine are one piece. They work great for many uses. I found them a good buy.

Q: Do the handlebars heat up fast?

Used them last year for thanksgiving no they do not heat up. They were so great I bought some for my sister-in-law who had liked mine. GREAT item if you are cooking Turkey, Prime Rib etc.
