Extra Large Black Bread Box for Kitchen Countertop 16" x 9" Holds 2 Loaves

Works great for bakery-bought sourdough. Before this, a loaf would dry out after a few days. With this box (and a ceramic tile to maintain moisture) the bread stays soft for a week. The cutting board top is nice, but go easy: aggressive cutting will scratch it. The size is good: plenty long and tall for the loaf. (Probably would not fit a round loaf, but the oblong one fits fine.) It is made of metal and is sturdy. No problems at all after a month of daily use.

This is a beautiful bread box!!! I’m just thrilled with this purchase. The cobalt color is gorgeous and its roomy size is excellent for storing baked goods. Best bread box I’ve ever gotten. It’s so easy to open, and has a sleek finish. The hinge action is smooth and it’s sturdy. may dent, if something were dropped on it, but any metal box would. This has kept our breads nice and fresh. The wooden boxes are a haven for molds, but this one is properly ventilated. The stainless steel inhibits mold growth. It’s less likely to remain inside the box-should it happen. I just love it!! I have wanted this for a long time!! I will never have any other brand!! Thank you Culinary Couture!💛💛💛

The bread box is perfect. It looks good in my kitchen.

Bread box was as advertised. Just the right size for smaller counter space.

Update: 5/9/24I am bumping this up from 2 to 4 stars. Had this for quite awhile and it's held up nicely. I recently needed something to hold pumping supplies that would be solid, fully enclosed, and decent looking on a dresser and this came to mind so I bought another one. Again, there are some flaws like a scratch and bubbling paint but the overall construction is very solid and I like how the lid opens all the way back out of the way. I still think it's a tad pricey for an item with flaws but I am still pleased with the purchase because it is exactly the type of thing I need to hold items I want to keep clean and easily accessible. If you want a solid storage or bread box I would recommend only if some flaws won't bother you.Original ReviewGot this to gift to someone but due to the packaging it arrived with a big dent in the top so I was unable to use for the purpose I bought it for. There were thin pieces of foam only around the sides. Nothing on the top or bottom inside a pretty thin cardboard packaging. It was delivered just in it's package and not in a box. The item itself seems pretty sturdy and I like how it closes. Seems like it would be a good bread box. It's a bit large so could hold more than 1 loaf of bread. But if you don't have a lot of counter space it will be too bulky. Very easy to clean. A bit pricey for what it is but seems like it would last. I was going to return it because of the dent but I really liked how solid it was so decided to keep it to use in my closet. I am actually using it to hold feminine products and it works really well for that purpose to keep them together without getting squished and in something sealed that isn't plastic which is something I had been looking for. Definitely more than I would have spent on something to use in my closet but I actually like it a lot. If they could package it better I would for sure recommend. But I can only give it a partial recommendation because you might get it with a dent on the top which makes it completely non-usable as a countertop item.

This was a quality addition to my small apartment countertop, it keeps my bread, tortillas and baked goods contained and covered instead of having it all over taking up space. No assembly, just put the lid on!

Just like the picture. Fits a loaf of bread and a package of English muffins.

I ordered this to clean up my kitchen counter. I do not keep bread in it. I have all my vitamins and supplements and prescriptions. I have some protein bars and random things like that that I use everyday. This thing is pretty big so it holds quite a bit and really cleaned up my counter space so it doesn't look so messy. I bought white I would have preferred red or purple but if I'm going for some clean look white was great and it is a pure white.

Living in a tiny apartment means quite a few of my personal items live beside my bed!I was tired of looking every item when I was in the room and was looking for a beautiful way to store it all.I bought an Ikea Hornavan cart for a bedside table (in covid there were no Ikea wooden side tables available). This bread box/ storage box fits perfectly on the shelf. It fits everything I need it to.It is a nice storage box but I feel it's a bit overpriced for what it is. I'm worried about scratching it, which seems like it will happen pretty easily. I'll see if it withstands the test of time!

Ich finde ihn super und die Farbe ist echt cool.Würde ihn nochmal bestellen.

The box latches well and has plenty of room for a loaf of bread along with buns or other goods. It's attractive too.

It's large, sturdy and holds a lot of baked goods. Beautiful colour and looks great as well.

Very happy with this bread box.. good size and seems to keep the mould from the bread longer
