The magic behind the plastic bowl
This washing bowl has changed my life. It's not very big, not very small, it's sturdy, 100% recycled plastic and multi-functional. It can be used as a washing bowl but I don't use washing bowls because I see no point in washing my dishes in dirty water, BUT I bought it to put my feet in it and give myself a nice pedicure and it is perfect for that too! This washing bowl has encouraged me to take more care of myself, to moisturise my feet and paint my toes more often, and to love myself. Because if you can't love yourself, how are you going to love someone else. Nothing will ever be the same after this washing bowl. And it doubles as a cat bed and a silly hat too. So much love for this bowl.

Recycled plastic and made in the UK!
Made from 100% recycled plastic right here in the UK, what's not to love? Ok it's only a washing up bowl but it's a great feeling to have used some of that excess plastic that's floating around the world instead of contributing further to the plastic crisis by buying one made from virgin plastic. Sturdy and well made, does the job. Five stars to Addis!

Decent washing-up bowl
This bowl fits my sink nicely and is easy to clean with a very smooth internal finish. The plastic is tough, and these bowls seem to last for ages. I replace mine when the interior gets a bit damaged from cutlery. I have a collection of old Addis washing up bowls that I use for a variety of purposes, from using to keep fuel additive bottles in when I go to the garage, so I don't get any smelly drips on my car boot carpet, to using to pop under the central heating boiler to catch drips when repressurising, to being used as a handy little bowl for small weeds when I get the urge to pill up the odd few weeds that crop up on my drive.Well worth the £3 I paid for mine, but I notice they're £4 now, and that's supposed to be at a reduced price. Still worth it, though.

Decent size, does the job
Our previous washing up bowl was made from a plastic that was so fragile it lasted barely two uses. Pathetic. This one seems much more robust. It's a good size too. Although described as 'large,' it fits in our smallish kitchen sink. The fact that it's made from 100% recycled plastic is a big bonus. Nice to know that some of the plastic we've been putting in the recycling for years is actually being used to make decent products. So, yes, nice one, Addis.

Strong quality basin
Arrived quickly. Branded Addis basin as described. I have several of these. They stack easily which is important to me for minimising storage space required. They are a good size without being too small or large. They are sturdy and come in lots of different colours, again useful if you like to separate colors for purpose (laundry, bleach, watering plants). I have some that have lasted many years, and continue to purchase more. Great product, would buy again.

Really glad you can get (fairly) eco friendly kitchen bowls now
I googled if you could buy these and this one came up. It's great! I'll admit it was slightly cracked at the top when it arrived but this doesn't detract from it's functionality at all. It's great that it's made from recycled plastic too - I won't buy anything else again

Lovely washing up bowl
I consider myself as an expert on washing up bowls hence why amazon requested this review. I've used it for all sorts of things like washing up and washing my nuts. I can't see any hallmarks on it so don't think its silver but am sure it's a late 2021 model from the far east which would attract nothing at auction. Other than that don't use it as a bath as it's too small
