This is one of the cheapest on the market, so it was what I expected. However, the music does not play while watching the picture slide show, so what the heck do you need the music for? You can put music on there, but it can't play alongside anything else. That feature is a waste. But the video and movie download is super simple. A little tough for my grandma to understand how to navigate, but she got it.

We love it! Easy to set up and share your information with those you choose. One of my favorite things about the product is that family members can download the app and upload pictures to the frame of their loved ones. It's great!

I purchased one frame that said it had "auto rotation" and that it was a touch screen, and returned it because it wasn't either of them. Ordered a different "brand" and it came in the same exact box with the same exact instructions and only one button was different than the first I ordered. "Auto rotation" consists of placing the frame vertical or horizontal and my interpretation was that it would automatically rotate pictures to the correct position. It will rotate vertical or horizontal, but it's "all or nothing", so I had to go into all of my pictures and rotate them before putting them on the card. It feels cheap, was relatively cheap, but it's super easy to put photos on a card and plug the card in. That's the extent of setup other than the calendar and time. It will do the job, but if you want something long lasting I'd splurge and get something much bigger and likely more expensive.

Was a perfect gift for grandparents in their late 80s, the only downside was I didnt have a way to load photos onto the memory card and had to purchase a different one that had an adapter.

I love this photo frame for it gives your a variety of functions. First you can definitely use it as a auto play photo frame. It only takes seconds to upload photos from your phone once connected with an app. You may also use it as a digital clock. Overall I’m satisfied with the frame

I had set this up as a gift for my long distance boyfriend as a way for us to stay current with pictures for each other, without having to share through social media. It worked fine the three times that I had it turned on while loading pictures to it. The plan was to give him this and then get myself one.We've been looking for a good long distance relationship gifts and neither one of us had ever thought of this so I thought it was the perfect gift he would never expect it...He flew in for our birthdays and 1 yr anniversary (yes they're all around the same time...) And I hyped up my gifts for him a whole lot... I felt like I went all out for this and had outdone myself entirely...This was meant to be the last gift. The real big special gift. He opens it... I explained what it is how I've already loaded pictures onto it for him... I even had gone out of my way to get myself one it was used and not as nice but at least he would be able to load some pictures for me too....I went to plug it in.. no display all I hear is static... And I flipped out. I was so upset. I took extremely good care of this frame. The only time it ever came out of the box was briefly momentarily just to verify pictures have been loaded while plugged in and then immediately was unplugged and put back into the box. The box was kept on my bookshelf right behind where I sit every single day... It had never been dropped nothing was ever spilled on it when I say it was taken very well care of I took better care of this thing than I have of pretty much anything I've ever owned. I have a very fixed income. My boyfriend lives 3000 miles away... He has gone above and beyond for me constantly... And had never had a good birthday before... He had also never really had a good girlfriend before... And we're planning on getting married. I really wanted to give him something special something unique something sentimental.... Everything I gave him had a lot of thought and meaning behind it... This was supposed to be like his big gift. I have no idea what could have possibly caused it to stop working because as I said I really took extremely good care of it. I bought this 2 months ago before he came so I'd have time to set it up...I used it 3x to load pictures and set it up for him and verify it was working, so I didn't think anything was wrong... The day he opened it... I expected it to work as it had been...To find that there was no display, hearing the static... Broke my heart. He thought maybe I just switched the cords by accident.I thought okay I don't think that's the case but I'll buy a replacement cord and pray that it works...The replacement cord works fine. It's the same cord that fits my portable DVD player. I plugged it into the frame first and nothing happened. Would not turn on didn't even get the static sound at that point.Plugged it into the DVD player, working great so the cord was verified to work properly.I can't say this will happen to anyone else... All I can say is buyer beware.I was looking for something inexpensive because I was using money I had received for Christmas to buy this.... I almost bought a different one from a different company... I can't remember the exact reason I went with this one all I can say is I'm devastated. Obviously it's past the return date bc I bought it with enough time to have it set up for him.I wouldn't feel proper about taking it in for repairs or even selling for parts as is knowing that it does have personal photos on it (nothing bad... Just personal lol). So basically I'm out what I spent on it.When it did work, the quality was nice... Which just makes this even worse... But there's nothing I can really do to remedy the situation...
