Go Work headphone, every so often headset will mute my call/mic for about 30 seconds to tell me the battery status. How to disable this feature?

Is it true that it is not compatible with Teams?

Hi My JLAB headphones work with windows 10 and 11. I use them for work everyday on teams for work and business, then swap onto my mobile for listening to news or social media sites. I have not had any problems with teams or any other phone or media software. They are a bit tight on my head but definitely better than my other headsets I have had.

Long battery life is great but I will leave them on overnight and need them first thing in the morning, can this headset be used while charging?

I believe so. Battery life is amazing but it comes with a 3.5mm jack cable if you get stuck.

What version of Bluetooth are these ?

Only Bluetooth 5.0 and above supports dual connection so this must be =/> 5.0
