Amazing brightness
I have been using a portable screen for quite some time and wanted to try the touch screen one. I am really happy with my upgrade and noticed this screen offers very good brightness. It is a touch heavy but not that much

Best ever
This is the best monitor I've ever owned. The picture is crystal clear, amazing definition AND touch screen. The folding support is very strong. There's nothing I don't like about it. It even small enough to go from pc to game system to whatever. Love it!!!

View Sonic was the one I was waiting for
I like the view Sonic it's very sturdy it is a very well made monitor. The touch took a little getting used to at first but started working after a few driver issues but it fits my current screen perfectly at 15.6 so I think it was a great purchase I think that you'll be very happy with it

Well got the renew product. Was very doubtful. But took the risk got new brand screen. Only issue was issue with adapter indian plug. Raised a ticket with viewsonic. Waiting for replacement. Got entire 2 years warranty. Worth it. Little pricy. But touch screen is worth.

Screen is not working and when I called for help they told me to wait for 5 days for investigation and they aren't sure about the possible outcome. Don't ever purchase any product from Amazon when you need it in emergency as their service is pathetic I ordered it in emergency situation and now they making me to wait for 5 days due to their inefficiency. Amazon approved return but no one picked up and it's 3 days no update on return.

Purchased it on Amazon and got the delivery on 08th of September 2021. Imadiately noticed following missing parts : 1. Protective cover. 2. Passive touch pen. 3. Type A to type C cable Later after opening it found the touch is not working at all. Within 30 minutes of delivery raised the request of retern with amazon and got the return date on 11th . That day amazon return agent came but didnot picked up the package and marked as failed return with the reason that customer care didnot put on the NOTE. Talked with the customer service executive who told me that the note is already updated in place. Anyhow they raised a complaint and arranged delivery on 14th . Again the same agent call came and told me the same reason and cancelled the request . This time customer service told me that they raised a notice to the agency responsible for pickup and again raised request for 17th. As expected this also failed . Then again one more complain with new date on 18th return request raised . Do note that only first two times the agent only contacted later on neither agent nor amazon tried to contact me ( as normaly amazon forward you the contact number of agent which in this case they didnot after first two attempts ). Now on 18th they told me they raised some speacial request and takes 3 days for approval so wait until 21st evening by 0700 pm. Again no further communication from amazon . On 21st Sep 0705 PM i called customer care of amazon . This time they told me that they are filling NOC and wait till 24th 0700pm . Also gave assurance that if this time delivery fails then they will allow advance payment to me . This review i am writing on 22nd september 1400 pm and till now i have recieved no further communication from amazon or the agent . I will keep on updating all of you my whole journey . Edit 1: On 24th my product was picked up successfully and amount returned by evening. Kudos to the service of amazon.
