Fun family or group game. Easy rules, fabulous art, and everyone enjoys playing it.

The main component of the game is a deck of cards with beautiful dream-like images. The basic idea is that the player whose turn it is (the “storyteller”) selects a card from his hand and tries to describe it in such a way that some, but not all, of the other players will be able to guess which card it is. This makes for very interesting dynamics as the players try to give clues referring to experiences, books, movies, etc. that they have in common with some players but not others. The rules and components are well thought out and keep the game moving along and make score keeping easy. Very entertaining for friends and family.

Great game! It took almost no time for three generations to learn the simple rules and start enjoying the game.The ease of learning and remembering the rules sets this game apart from other board games where most of the first few playthroughs ends up being spent reading and re-reading the instructions.We all had fun. The game encourages players to use their imaginations rather than just focusing on rules, strategy and planning. Big thumbs up!

Dixit is great and really fun! It is worth the money and involves a lot of strategy, which is what makes it fun. But even though it involves a lot of strategy, it isn't hard! My seven-year-old and my ten-year-old were able to play it just fine... they even won a few times. Dixit, in my opinion, is great for five-year-olds and up! That's how simple it is--but also not too simple that it gets boring. (Sorry if I'm not making sense right now.)You might want to buy an extra pack of Dixit cards, which is what we did, because or else you run out of ideas for Dixit hints. Otherwise, perfect game in every way!

Fun game. Host titles their picture and places it down. Everyone else places down a pic. Then the host places all pics for all to see. The rest of the group guess which one is the hosts pic. People get points when selected. Most points at end wins. Pictures are great and a great conversation piece. Easy game to play for a peaceful game night when you want to have conversation.

Dixit is a casual, guessing game that can be played in about 30 minutes. Easy to learn, even young players can participate. Artwork is beautiful, albeit some cards are a little weird. Lots of expansions available to keep the game fresh each time you play. High replayabilIty factor.

Perfect board game for 4 or 5 person! Not hard, interesting and easy to play

Play with my granddaughters age 10 and 7. It was fun. It needs more cards to add more variety to the game.
