Q: Is this the same as a power supply? Like voodoo lab?

No, it’s just a connector box for 1/4 inch, xlr, and one effect’s power connector that can be brought to the outside from a power supply. It also has an AC connector. You still need a separate power supply, usually mounted under the pedalboard.

Q: will this fit temple audio?

You can mount a MOD V2 to the top of a Temple Audio board, but they do not fit in the slot in the Temple board.
