I purchased this as a gift. He seems to be extremely satisfied with it says it makes coffee fast and it tastes good. It's easy to set up so that your coffee is ready the next morning. I bought one like this in the past and it lasted for quite a while before it went out. All of these go out eventually but some do last a lot longer than others. The Black & Decker seem to last quite a while last time so that's why I chose it again. It lasted over 2 years last time before I replaced it. I haven't had a leak problem with this brand, like I did with another brand. I like the way this one's designed because it takes up less space on the counter although you do have to lift the entire top to put your water and coffee grounds in it. So you need to be able to either pull it out from the spot it's setting in or have nothing above it so that you can open it freely.

I have been using this product for years. It is used daily and lasts about two years, sometimes a tick longer. Anyhow we had 27 months on our last one and the water tank began to leak. Went to Amazon, ordered a new one, price was the same as two years back and it was delivered between 5-8Pm the same day. So this morning made coffee in it with no issues. Build quality is good for the price point, Spillage does not exist unless the tank is overfilled and ease of cleaning would be that of any other coffee maker. Most certainly a good value in my book.

I like the coffee pot, works well. You can set it to turn on before you wake up which is a great feature. The size is very nice, slimmer than those I had previous and a life saver because my counter top is small. ONE GLITCH I need mention as that is why I took a star off - I brew 6 cups every morning, my spouse doesn't drink coffee, just me and my son. If you use the kraft to the 6 cup line then put it in the coffee maker you need add MORE water to get to the 6 cup line. This is not a game changer just something to be aware of when you set up your coffee. The coffee maker has a 12 cup capacity. Makes some noise in the morning but that gets my son out of bed so I'm happy with that.

Very happy with this coffee maker. We have had it for about a month and use it every day. Controls are easy to understand and use. It's fast, we usually make 8 cups and it is done in 7 minutes. It makes very hot coffee. It is a little loud but what drip coffee maker isn't?Highly recommend.

Perfect, and it arrived quickly enough to prevent me from having coffee withdrawal problems. It is the perfect size, well designed, has no leakage problems, and turn-on turn off features that work very well and all at a good price. Obviously, I highly recommend it.

This has been a fantastic coffee maker! I have had no problems with it since bought in April of '23. I'm considering purchasing another one soon, just because it's probably funky inside. I clean it about every year!

Performed as expected. Good product I only wish it came with a metal pot because I have a tendency to break the glass ones washing them.

This Coffee machine works well. However, I”amDisappointed that the Seller did not supply the“The Must Have” paper filters with the machine..At least only few filters should be supplied.I wasready to brew my coffee, but I had to go to the store to buy some.
