Really good product for gut health- used in the morning with my probiotics and ACV. Taste is not so great but it mixes well so you don’t taste it in juices and smoothies

I liked this product a lot it benefitted my gut health after taking regularly for a few days.

I love the ingredients of this product and the taste is not bad. It mixes well in water without being too grainy. I am disappointed by the amount in the container. They are smaller containers to begin with and mine was only filled halfway. I'm ok paying more for a healthy product but still wish there was more of it for the price.

I originally started using this in the AM, but it made me very bloated. I switched to nighttime, and taking it 15 mins after my probiotic. It really does keep me regular! Not a fan of the taste at all, so I combine it with juice for a tiny shot. I like it best with a mango flavored juice (like good belly probiotics or a mango/peach/apple blend). Sometimes if I take it in the am, I combine it with some super greens too. I use gut feeling and several other powders every single day, and I think they’ve all have helped me so much.PSA: containers are filled by weight - it’s normal that it’s not filled up all the way!! This particular powder is very fine, and it’s going to settle and compact. Shake it up if you want to fluff it up. The product doesn’t deserve a bad rating because you don’t understand that. They have answered this question thousands of times.YS has the best customer support out there, and they go above and beyond for their customers. They even respond nights and weekends. This product works great. I'm doing this daily with the super greens. Been going strong for 11 days. Down 6 lbs and I no longer feel bloated. The product smells and tastes horrible in just water. I have not tried it in a smoothie but I mix both powders in a 10 glass of zero Gatorade. Still tastes gross but I chug it quickly. Got it for only 15.00 so that also a plus.

This product is not cheap but since I have gut health issues, I gave it a try. When I opened the container, it was literally HALF full. If this company continues to rip people off with a product that taste terrible to boot, they won't be around much longer.

Great product

This product actually does work. I usually have to take 3 Dulcolax on the weekend to cleanse due to not being able to go. This is day 2 of me using this drink and I only do it once a day and I’ve been able to go with no issues. It doesn’t taste terribly bad but it also doesn’t taste good, however, it does not dissolve in the water. You can see how it just sits at the bottom of the bottle.
