TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product is deficient as previously reported. Replacement was requested after re-submitting copies of the smudging lines on the copies being made. This was over a week ago. There has been no reply. Purchased the product in anticipation of needing a replacement. I should not have done that because the return period offered by Amazon ran out before the unit needed to be installed. Had to buy a unit elsewhere to get acceptable copies.
