Resist water? I want to mount in a covered patio. Its mostly dry but subject to occasional drifts of snow/rain when windy. Will this hold up?

I don’t know about snow, we have ours on the patio and it is fine with rain. We just have to do additional securing to deal with Kansas winds. We use additional ropes, bungee cords and concrete blocks on bottom rungs. Got it this spring and will put in storage for winter.

Does this display temps in Fahrenheit..?

Yes. You can switch from C to F or back with the push of a button.

Does it store the high and low for multiple days?

It shows the highest and lowest temperature since your last reset. The middle display shows the current temp. and it changes as the temp. changes. I.e. if Tuesday's high/low were 52/29, and now it's Friday, those numbers only changes if Friday's high is higher than 52, and the low is lower than 29. I reset mine every day, so I get the high/low for the last 24 hrs.
