Q: is the main compartment large enough to fit in small frame handgun? 7in long 5 in tall

Its a versatile small pouch. The front compartment has a magnetic flap great for storing bills. The second compartment is zippered and stores my full large wallet and car keys with about 6 keys on it! Third compartment is zippered and I store my Smith and Wesson BODYGUARD .380 and it fits very loosely so you will have to look at those dimensions. The fourth compartment adjacent to your body is zippered and fits minor flat objects that you dont need access to frequently. I use this pouch around my waste and also comfortably around my shoulder. 5 Stars and great buy.
