Good product
The waist belt is perfect. My multiple pistol fits perfectly. Except Revolvers. Has 2 magazine pouches holds them great. Very comfortable to wear does not roll when U sit down. Also the velcro is very large and stays in place very strong . Also U can use it right or left hand Also across the front.

DOUBLE DUTY
I have a large waste and have been on peritoneal dialysis for five years. I conceal carry a Remington R51, 9mm luger. I've had a difficult time solving an abdominal catheter that's that's used for daily dialysis treatment. I've tried various products hoping to find something to keep the catheter from falling out as I go about the day. Tape just won't do. I've also been carrying my 9mm in my pocket which hasn't been that comfortable. This belt is working perfectly for me. This holds the catheter in place and my firearm is secure. I've found my remedy. I'm going to purchase another one of these soon because I have to use it from sun up to sun down.

You Don't Have To Have A Tiny Waist To Wear One!!
This is basically a belly band holster; I've always wanted to try one out and found it to be quite comfortable and concealable. Since a quick draw from this type of holster is nearly impossible, it would have been nice it they would have added a safety strap to ensure retention. Although using a Beretta M-21 and a Ruger LCR I never felt like the gun was going to pop out. It would be nice, however, just to have that extra measure of security. You can get expensive belly band holsters, but this fits the role nicely and inexpensively. Too bad they don't offer different sizes, although I'm sure they are available.

It runs much smaller than the description indicates.
UPDATE: I like this band, it does have 2 major flaws that might not bother some but it irks the crap out of me. I also located a larger size band by the same manufacturer here: Depring Large Size Concealed Carry Belly Band Pistol Gun Holster Undercover Adjustable Waist Slimming Belt Stomach Abdominal Weapons Knife Phone Holster with 2 Magazine Pouches Fits 38" to 50" Waist 1: This band allows sweat to pass through it and onto thus into the firearm and any accessories you have in the pouches. I suggest the maker to add a neoprene layer to prevent this. I do not want my pistol covered in sweat when I go to draw in a life or death situation. That can lead to slipping of the pistol. Long term it could lead to rusting and eventual seizing or failure of some internal components that aren't able to be cleaned without a complete disassembly of the firearm's components; this is not recommended for people who do not know in detail how firearm mechanically functions. as a result of this, I put a plastic liner between the firearm and the material. I did the same on the accessory side.2: when jogging, the material opposite the velcro side (front or back depending on how you wear it) tends to roll up. This could be fixed with a strip of vinyl across this section. It does hold the firearm snug in place, which is the only reason I am keeping it.With the 2 issues listed, this is not recommended for use in a hot environment or in an active role.Original review:I like this belly band. It is comfortable and holds my PT709 with crimson trace laser and spare mags. I intend to use this when I take my daily jog but havent had the chance yet. When wearing the band, I can barely feel my carry weapon through it and the imprint is minimal. An inner shirt is necessary otherwise it will irritate the skin over prolonged periods. That being said, I rate this at 3 stars for a reason, and that reason is the size. I read in the description that this band fits 30-38 inches. I am 36-37 inches and this will barely close. This item will fit 30-34 fine, but any larger and you will be on the last Velcro strip. At 37 it requires almost full stretch to affix the Velcro. This band needs additional sizes. I like it but it does need to be larger or available in larger sizes. Also note, this band is naturally a left side draw holster. For its AMBIDEXTROUS use, it requires rotating the fit so the velcro is on your back and that will put the holster on your right. If you are over 36 inches, this is very difficult because of the small size of the band. Based on this, if you are 34 or under, this is for you. Any larger I cannot recommend this product.

Comfortable and doesn't move
So I am one that is constantly buying products on Amazon but I never leave reviews just simply for the fact that most people already have said what I would have said. because this had such mixed reviews I wanted to put mine out there because I feel that the ratings should be better than where its at. I really like this. I think the measurements are correct as i bought a medium and its perfect. Any bigger and i would need a smaller size. I can typically tell when I put any type of concealment product on within the first second if I'm going to like it. My plan was to wear it with stretchy pants or even my jeans because I always feel like my holster moves or it pulls down on my jeans even when they fit correctly it still makes me adjust constantly so the point was to use that and have the holster clip connect to the band and my pants to give extra sturdiness. I recently lost a lot of weight about 70 lb so I'm pretty thin now and that could be why it fits well because when I was heavier I felt it was very hard to conceal and nothing really worked even using a wing so I can't say if I was heavier if I would like the product as well as I do now. I'm 5'2 I weigh 132 currently but I do still have somewhat of a belly from making babies so I'm not AB cut. I would say at least try it and return it if you don't like it. That would be the worst case scenario

Ruins clothes
The Velcro rubs skin so has to place this over pants The Velcro rubbed pants and ruined the fabric.Wish there was a better way to secure it but I’m sure the Velcro needed to be edge to edge but it’s just uncomfortable. Maybe over jeans is the only way
