2 of the shelves came bent/disformed, 1 of the 2 has substantial deformity (items don't sit flush)
The box it was shipped in was undamaged. Unless the shelf took a substantial fall or hit (in which case I would expect damage to the chrome -- which there is not), the item was manufactured and shipped this way.Unfortunately, given the size/weight and my own lack of transportation, it is not worth sending back for a replacement.

These are the real deal
I read the reviews and took a chance on these racks. I ordered two.The shipping boxes were good quality and showed only minimal damage. The shelves on the inside are locked together do they all move as one unit inside the package and don't slop around during shipping.I assembled mine without putting both upright bars together first. MUCH easier to work with.They are also sturdy. I weight 195 lbs. and stood on the shelf where they are not as strong. No problem holding me with very minimal flex.They hold all my tool bags for my business and then some. Highly recommended for the money.

Impresionado con la resistencia.
Realmente es una resistencia de entrada estupenda. He colocado un recipiente de 40kg aproximadamente en uno de los estantes y no veo que surja inconveniente alguno. Claramente buscando un peso uniforme en su ubicación. Pienso actualizar la opinión pasado un tiempo sobre cualquier detalle positivo o negativo.

Excelente inversión
La estantería llegó muy bien empacada. Es robusta, de aspecto cromado y con cinco repisas que pueden distribuirse a la altura deseada. Me ha resultado ideal en la cocina para mantener la despensa en orden.No se requieren herramientas para el ensamblaje y el instructivo es claro. Como extra, hay un tutorial en Youtube de este modelo en el que se muestra una forma más sencilla de armado sin ayuda de otra persona.

Buen producto con gran capacidad de almacenaje.
Es un buen producto para guardar cualquier tipo de contenedor o envase.En mi casa lo compramos para ahorrar espacio y vaya que cumplió. De tener los garrafones en el suelo y contenedores como detergentes, todos cupieron en el estante y ahorra mucho espacio. Es fácil de instalar aunque se requiere paciencia. El que se puedan mover los niveles de altura es una gran cualidad ya que si hay una equivocación por altura, fácilmente se puede enmendar. Me parece una buena opción para lugares reducidos y se pueden guardar varios contenedores de diferentes tamaños.
