The best Mac remote for presentations and multimedia
Absolutely brilliant. The only remote of its kind for a Mac that does everything you could want it to do for presentations and media.Really well built, great feel and functionality. My only wish was that the buttons were programmable. otherwise, a greta piece of kit. I bought 2 just to have one as a back up!

Satechi R2 remote clicker
I have struggled to find a good quality clicker that works well with Apple products. My MacBook Air only has two ports so I didn’t want a product that forces you to use an adapter, hence the Satechi R2 was the perfect solution.It’s still early days but so far so good.

Great, does exactly what I wanted
Quite expensive but just works brilliantly. I've been looking for a way to control my iPad while it's connected via HDMI to a TV and this works really well and controls playback, volume etc.

Over-specified under-performing
Over-specified for my purpose and not adequately functional Wanted to provide remote mouse function on my lap top (for when it is attached to the TV and out of reach); it does not do that. It does provide basic play controls for streaming content

The only remote of it’s kind for Mac devices on the market (April 2021)
I needed a multimedia and presentation remote for my MacBook when AirPlaying to my Apple TV (the Siri remote doesn’t work in this case). This remote allows me to control volume, mute, play/pause and previous/next, as well as full mouse control. You can adjust the tracking in mouse settings. It is bluetooth, rechargeable (USB-C cable included), made from aluminium, and co-ordinates well with the space grey of my MacBook. At the time of writing this is a newly launched product in the first quarter of 2021, and I can find nothing else like it on the market worldwide. I had a technical query about how to adjust the tracking speed - Satechi got back to me very quickly. Excellent service. I highly recommend the product and the company. 5*
