I do armed security @ a high-school & I wear my vest daily. Before buying this i would sweat thru my shirts & my best cover. This has made a world of difference I'm keeping me cool & dry. I can feel the air passing underneath & no longer have to take short breaks to cool off. It's fully adjustable, fits well, holds my vest steady when I'm moving, searching & def keeps me cool & my vest cover dry. I'm gonna buy another tomake sure I'm good when it's time to wash. Absolutely would recommend

The Militaur adjustable ventilation vest definitely helps with airflow and comfort during long shifts. It creates just enough space between my uniform and my ballistic vest to let air move through, which keeps me noticeably cooler, especially on hot days or when working outdoors. The material feels durable and well made, and once it’s adjusted properly it stays in place without shifting around. The only issue I’ve noticed is that it sticks out slightly at the bottom of my vest. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s noticeable and takes away from the clean look of the uniform a bit. Other than that, it works exactly as described and has made wearing my vest much more comfortable. If you run an exterior vest and deal with heat or sweat, this is still a solid buy. The airflow improvement easily outweighs the small cosmetic trade-off.

After wearing a few days. It does not like to sit under my outer carrier. I am a motors guys and when the vest is in place great air flow, but after a while of movement it rides up and moves to a side and no more air. Needs velcro or tie down spots. But other than that great product.

Works as advertised and cheaper than the alternative options. It will keep you cooler and keep your vest from getting saturated in sweat, which means you won't need to wash it as frequently for multiple reasons. I would recommend it to friends and coworkers. It also came with velcro patches for easy adherence.

I'm a Texas Security Officer it's hot here 100°+ I had this item sitting in my basket for almost a year just couldn't bring myself to spend that amount of cash for this then I finally did a week ago now I worn it for a week it is definitely worth it I don't sweat as much which allows me to wear my armor for thr whole 12 hour shift if you wear armor for a living you definitely need this product and it is true to size I'm 6-1 260LB size 40 waist I got an XL and it's perfect use the shoulder straps to secure the vest and inner vest so it doesn't walk around

Going on two weeks in with the vest, and so far, so good. My only complaint is that the adhesive on the Velcro anchors is wearing out already. Outside of that, it feels great, and the sizing is pretty solid

It's awesome to get some airflow beneath my vest and not feel like I'm shrink-wrapped. The product does it's job, it does it well, and I wear it every shift under my vest. The product did run a little large so I had to exchange for a size down. The original version didn't allow you to adjust the distance from back to front (the straps that go over your shoulders) so it didn't always sit as I'd have liked. The second one I bought (so I could have a spare and launder it more-frequently), did have adjustable shoulder straps which made fit much nicer—the material also felt better but that could just be because it was new. It does shift around a bit so I will have to adjust it every so often, mildly irritating. I wish they made one I could just hook (like Velcro) into the vest so I only had to put on one thing instead of two. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wears a vest and I have.

The vests we're issued at work are just heat traps (avoid PSP) and I always feel disgusting after a shift even if nothing was going on. Many of us at work have boughten this to help with that and while it definitely does help with sweat, it's not as effective as they marketed it. It definitely allows for more airflow and makes it more breathable but don't expect to not sweat if you do already. I went with an XL (6' ~250lbs) and it fits perfect. It is pretty thick so it does make your vest feel a little more bulky but I'd rather that than sweat a ridiculous amount. For me personally, the shoulder straps are unnecessary and all my colleagues that own this agree but it may depend on the vest you're wearing on top. Their customer service is also fantastic. I ended up losing a strap when I moved and when I reached out for a replacement, they shipped me one free of charge. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you sweat a lot and/or work somewhere warm. Does it make a remarkable difference? No, but it certainly does help.

So don't expect to feel like you are wearing just a t-shirt and not feel your body armor. That being said, when there is a good breeze (driving with wi does down or outside on a windy day) you definitely feel the cooling effect. I find it also keeps me a little more comfortable, a little less sweaty under the vest. Not perfect, but good enough.

So far so good. I wore it for one 12hr shift so far and it kept my dry. I could feel the air circulating inside the vest which helped to keep me cool. So far, I felt a noticeable difference. My only issue is that the chest crumples under the vest. Wondering if this is because it's too big? Should I move down a size? I feel like the Large would have worked better. I went by waist size as I didn't have a proper measuring tape for the other dimensions.

I have been working in the security field for a decade and wish I came across this ventilation vest sooner. Summer heat , or just prolonged periods of time wearing a vest, you are going to get sweaty, especially as a patrol guard or a highly active position where your constantly on the move. I am a patrol guard doing 12 hour shifts wearing body armour the whole time. I would be soaked in sweat even just after the first few hours. The very first day I wore this ventilation vest , my shirt was dry and has been ever since I started using it. I will never wear body armour without this ventilation vest again. This was an absolute game changer and improved my quality of life over all by keeping me dry and comfortable. If you are debating on whether or not to get one of these for yourself or for someone you know who wears amour daily etc, Do it. Totally worth every dollar.

Good product and does a decent job. I ordered a large and received an XL which is way too big however. I'm now required to return the vest I was sent in order to receive the size I ordered. I will update with how the process goes.
