I keep the pack outside the fridge for a while before using it. It relieved me of the strain I felt from using the computer for a long time.

After going through a lot of eye-masks on Amazon, I chose this one ! And this is just what I was looking for.. cheap & best! I can sleep for longer in the morning (due to my work hours). My day-time naps have transformed in power-naps!The cloth is of good quality & is comfortable, the strap is without a buckle and of comfortable length. The gel pouch can be put inside the mask completely and helps to relax your eyes. Can go for it.

One of the two eye mask's plastic got torn automatically within 3days and the cooling gel started oozing out making it unusable and had to throw away.The outer cloth covering is also of very poor material, when soaks the mositure of the cooling mask starts stinking

The elastic is too tight, gives me a headache and the material is drying for the skin around the eyes, it's not soft and overall not worth buying

I have the problem of migraine. But after using this eye gel mask I really felt relaxed.Very nice product.
