This peanut butter is soo tasty and has high protein its smell is pretty good after like two weeks or more it forms oil content its very easy to use as it can be spreaded easily on bread you can directly have it too , its very fresh and the sugar content is less its not very sweet it tastes perfect but after 3 weeks the butter and jaggery get seperated and the jaggery becomes a bit hard so I will reccoment to buy normal peanut butter instead of this.

Its oil content is less which is healthy for our health its quantity in this price is good enough and rich in protein it will help a lot for who do gyming
