I had an issue with the mouse from the beginning. After a while it stopped working unless it was plugged in. The small plug shown in the first picture, I believe was loose from the beginning and eventually broke loose. After that, it works just fine. The lighting it great on both, great battery life. Lasts a week or so between charges.

The replacement was fast and smooth. They sent out the replacement before receiving the defective item and did it asap, and that is what I call real customer service

W keyboard i used it for one week or more and still not died

Recommend did in less than six months back. I think it’s more like 90 days because it’s been dead for a bit. I just haven’t bothered to update the review. Update: the keyboard is dead they were really to say it was fun while it lasted but now I have a mouse that I can’t use because it’s too hard to the keyboard doesn’t work at all well OK let me take that back. It works unfortunately because the lighting is off, because obviously there’s something wrong with the wiring on the inside who knows why it’s not working I don’t know if something melted in it or what, but I can’t see the keys, and I am not attach papers to save that much so I rely on my keyboard being backlit partially because I work in the dark area into the wee hours of the night sometimes and so I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I have another one but it is exhibiting some of the same issues and it doesn’t have a 10K so I guess I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I’m disappointed though, because this was not a cheap keyboard. ——- I don’t have a concern right now. mouse is large and I have relatively small hands and I’m hopefully I’m gonna get used to it obviously not the fault of the manufacturer and there’s no way to know that really until you get the product to try it out and I’ll be trying it over the next you know week or so and hopefully I’ll be able to and figure out how to place my hand where it’s not a problem and we able to use it easily but so far it’s it’s fun it’s colorful it gives me a little bit of a spark in my day with all the pressures of the pandemic and the projects that we have going on it’s just it’s just enough to keep me from you know finding that ledge. have a great day everyone

Got it to do some gaming and writing while on bedrest during medical leave. Ended up a waste of only as it barely works. I'm like 3 or 4 ft away from the desktop, with no form of blockage, and it's useless. the keyboard doesn't work half the time unless I'm holding it up straight up and the other half of the time it just goes out or doesn't respond to what I type. I've even tried typing slowly, like one finger at a time speed, and half yhe time it still doesn't input what I typed or it lags and then types in everything all at once but skips pr repeats some of the inputs. The mouse is no better. it has so much input lag that I spend most of the time trying to grt it to move or trying to find where it went bc it lagged so bad and all the movements happen at once. Can't speak towards the battery life on it bc it works so little I just give up everytime I try. feels like I could've gotten more value getting something on wish, and that's sad. I thought it was just me, but read through a lot of the prior comments and nearly all of them had the same or very similar complaints. i don't know how the stars are 5 but it isn't worth it. Don't waste your money on this, even when it's on sale. Very rare I leave a comment on a product, even ones I don't like, but this deserved it as I'm hugely disappointed.

The mouse wouldn't click when I first connect. I just did not want to return the product so I opened it up and seen that the battery was not in its place. I am sure that this was an opened box or something. So I reinstalled the battery properly and it works now. The keyboard is OK but some keys are wiggling. My daughter likes the keyboard so I will use the way it is.

My son purchased this wireless keyboard and mouse set, and it’s been a great addition to his gaming setup. He was able to connect it to his gaming system completely on his own — setup was quick and easy, which was a big plus. He loves the backlighting feature — it looks really cool in his gaming space and makes it easier to play in low light. The keyboard and mouse both feel solid and responsive, and he really enjoys having the option to switch from his controller to a keyboard and mouse when he wants to. Overall, this was a great buy for us and a fun upgrade for his gaming experience.

Terrible product, was working well for my T40 Lenovo laptop first time and the mouse stopped responding 2nd time onwards.

This key board and mouse is perfect , it helps at night in the dark when you need to see the keys you’re pressing , feels decent quality and the price is good , being rechargeable makes it good for saving on batteries all the time , it’s good for surfing and light gaming I would say

Xmas gift and he loves it. Connected right away to devices and you have to do that before all the lights will work.
