I got this for my ikea couch where I don’t have pillows to cushion and to move to my bed to comfortably read upright. I’m recovering from injury and all I can do is lounge.Height wise, it’s good. I’m about 5’5” and sitting on my couch it’s perfect. The cushions hit where they’re supposed to.Design wise: I read reviews of other folks having a problem with the neck pillow, but they must have revised the design because it works fine for me. The padding is firm, nothing like sinking in to a pillow for sleeping, but great back support. The arms are cushioned so my elbows are comfortable while reading. The arms also go a bit wider, meaning it’s flexible. I consider myself a wide person, but it’s actually fitting me just fine.Aesthetically: terrible. Looks like a khaki factory sold rejected material on the cheap. There are some loose threads, but those aren’t a big deal. It’s just so blah, like a beige nightmare. Obviously I won’t take a star off for that but personally I wish it came in other colors. Also, the material isn’t soft. It reminds me of outside furniture cushion materials, but again not something I was looking for in a pillow. I needed size and comfort, took a bet and it paid off. Not sure why it was so expensive for a pillow, but the tag says made in America so I figure that’s one reason.

Great product. Really woks, I’ve used it non stop. Rigid foam back covered in soft cushion = very comfortable and supportive.

It’s very uncomfortable and has no support for your lower back, it’s blocks of some sort of hard foam . It looks cheap.
