Very good source of Omega 3 and delicious
What a great product. I just had a can and it was delicious. I really love fish and anchovies from the can are really great too.

This is delicious, tastes much better than tuna, and I eat it straight from the can. So healthy, and our bodies need it to stay strong.

Nice Lemony Flavor
I really enjoy these. They're a change from the sardines I buy. I buy these over other brands. They have a lemony flavor, firm texture and not overly oily. I've bought these without the added lemon, but I don't always have fresh lemons. I highly recommend them.

Great flavor
The lemon flavor works so well with mackerel. The olive oil is healthier than seed oils. It’s flavorful without too much fishy smells. I wish they have extra virgin olive oil options but this is still great.
