Knightsbridge White Square edge Plastic 20A Junction Box 4-Terminal - Black (59mm)

Like most nanufacturers, the plastic used is very brittle and prone to cracking. Be very careful when removing the 'knockouts' and do not overtighten the mounting screws, especially on uneven surfaces or you will crack the base.

I ordered this 20A junction box for some lighting work, due to its reasonable price and good delivery. I was, however, very annoyed to receive a request from royal mail, suggesting that I needed to pay an extra £3.50 to have the item delivered. I paid, and got in touch with the company, to question what had happened. They got back to me very quickly, apologising for the issues, and confirmed that they had paid postage,and will now be taking up the dispute with Royal Mail. The communication from Innovation DT was well written, and concise. They offered me a full refund, which goes to demonstrate a great approach to customer satisfaction, and means that I would not hesitate to use them again. As for the junction box, it is exactly what I would expect, and has done the job. It was well packaged, and I believe that it would have been on time, if Royal Mail had not apparently confused matters. Great recovery from Innovation DT, shame that the review has to be more concerned with customer quality than the product, but I hope that it will allow other buyers to purchase items with confidence.

Liked the quality but paid more because I thought it was going to be slim.

Works fine as long as you know you connect neutrl to neutral, earth to earh and pos to pos.

Used to extend my lighting circuit in my loft. Fit for purpose.

Ridiculous delivery time. The item appears well made and sturdy but will not buy again due to ridiculously long delivery time.

Ok, just got to be careful when fixing to wall or wooden joist, easily breaks if screwed to tight.

Used for LED strip light. Just know you need the right screwdriver - small flat head and this is perfect
