So Far So Good
I don't really trust these batteries to hold up very long, but this one arrived nearly instantly, didn't cost that much, and worked perfectly. I'll see how we're doing in a few months, but so far it's great.

Excellent product
Perfect fit and two screwdrivers were included (needed for the special screws). The screwdrivers were magnetic, so installing the product was a breeze.

You can do it
You can do it.. LOL! Really, you can. The only thing you might need otherwise is a plastic knife or tool to separate the case. The other drivers are included and that's great help.

Perfect Fit
Exact fit for my Dell XPS 13 9350. Back to normal battery life. When removing the existing battery, be careful with some of the tiny wires. In my unit, there was a pair of wires running adjacent to the battery and secured to it with tape. Carefully remove the tape and get the wires out of the way. After replacing the battery, carefully reposition the wires and secure them with a small piece of electrical tape (since the existing tape can't be reused). Good idea to take a picture of the battery and inside of the unit before you start the removal process. This will give you something to refer to when you reposition the wires and to check your overall installation.

You Can Do This!
Wow. Dell was completely out of new replacement batteries for my Laptop, and could only offer me a refurbished battery with lousy 90-day warranty for a whopping $85. Or return the Laptop to Dell for bench service at $160. Or they'd send out a technician for $230. And, oh my, they "do not recommend self replacement of the battery." Right. Well, fools rush in...Thrilled to find this compatible battery on Amazon for $40, exactly matching my Dell model number.TIP: For the novice, download your Laptop's service manual from Dell. Includes exact procedure for battery replacement INCLUDING full discharge of the existing battery before removal.Replacement was moderately easy with the supplied specialty #3 Torx driver and micro-Phillips screwdriver to access the case. This GREAT, because I did not have a Torx driver that small. Otherwise, I would have had to buy the driver to complete the replacement.Included instructions advise how to condition the battery after installation, which I followed, apparently to good effect. Battery is performing perfectly, with a perfectly acceptable discharge rate.Too early to rate battery life, so no rating there.I considered downrating this battery 1 star because I was surprised to find that its Amp/Hour rating is less than Dell's OEM Battery. But I have seen absolutely no ill effects or shortened charge life from the this lesser-rated battery, so IMO it merits a full five stars.Tip: At this writing, confusing product description is still up. "Number of batteries: 4 Lithium Polymer Batteries Required". Perhaps it says this because the battery does indeed appear to have 4 discreet gel "pockets". But you only need to buy ONE battery, not 4.

I have never taken a laptop apart in my life. This was cake.
My laptop was no longer holding a charge because of a bad battery. This came with the battery and two little screwdrivers to help me change it on my old dell XPS13 series laptop. The hardest part was prying the back off of the computer. There is no pry tool (my engineer brother was surprised it wasn’t included, so only 4 stars) so I destroyed my recent manicure and when that didn’t work I had to use a steak knife. Whatever. It worked. The screws holding the existing battery in place were a little tougher, but that’s neither here nor there. I even untaped all of the wires that Dell decided to tape to the existing battery. New battery holds a decent charge. Was able to play Sims 4 for 5 hours before the battery got to 10%. Before the old battery killed itself I could maybe get 90 minutes out of it before having to plug it back in. Only took my inexperienced self 30 minutes to change, and I only lost one screw! SUCCESS!

Saved my laptop
Got tired hearing about the poor performance of the household laptop. Ordered this battery, found a great tutorial on ifixit and boom!, no more complaints. Advised to follow the included charging instructions.

Does not do the job
Original: Works good my xps lasts way longer now.IMPORTANT EDIT: after about a month of using it your dell will start to reject the battery. It will give the error with flashing red and white lights. This is because the battery is not a genuine dell battery. From my understanding based on research online there’s nothing that can be done about this besides disconnecting and reconnecting the battery every time it happens which fixes it temporarily. If you don’t want that hassle skip this battery and get a genuine dell replacement battery.

Wrong size tools
As for the battery, it seems to work well. XPS 13 9343 recognized it with no problem. However, the T6 screwdriver included in the package was one size too big for my model. The XPS 13 9343 requires a T5 screwdriver, not the T6 provided with the battery. As a result, I had to buy a screwdriver separately. Given that I paid extra for a battery that was supposed to include the appropriate tools to do the replacement, I am not happy that I had to spend even more money to buy a separate screwdriver. In addition, be aware that you will require something to pry the laptop lid open, such as a cheap plastic spudger, which is not included in the tools provided by this seller.

Quit working within the month
Extremely disappointed in the product. It was delivered on January 19 2023, installed it on January 22nd and it stopped working on Feb 27 2023. Followed instructions provided by seller on charging the battery fully before using it, then draining it completely and then fully charging. But it no longer charges and overheats. I was hoping to get at least a year or two out of the battery, but just 36 days of use is unacceptable...complete waste of money. And the return window was on Feb 19...7 days passed the return date deadline. If you can get your hands on an OEM battery, spend the money on it.

The battery is dead after 2 month of use.
At first, I was very happy. I replaced the battery of my Dell XPS without a problem, and all worked fine. After 2 months of use (by use I mean having it inside the dell; I might have discharged the battery 2-3 times all these 2 months!), the battery does not charge anymore. Basically, waste of your money; Don't bother and buy original or from some other vendors!

Installed fine.
Needed to lookup battery change procedure on Dell website. Some finicky process to unstick the audio wires before the old battery can be removed. But that is how the laptop is constructed.Advice: take photographs as you dissemble the laptop/battery. This will give you a reference went putting everything back together.
