I only own one pipe, so I thought this sized pouch would be perfect for me. The pipe is curved though so as a result I can't use either of the loops to secure the pipe. If that portion were velcro, elastic, or made for a curved pipe I would rate 5 stars. I'm pleased with every other aspect of the bag.

I have two pipes, a hard wood and a Mediterranean Briar wood tobacco pipe that I wanted to store and travel with. I filled the tobacco bag to the brim and the zipper and bag hold it with no issues. The tobacco bag has a magnate on the bottom that attaches to another built into the large bag; however, it is very weak and not functional --but not a show-stopper since the bag is snug and everything fits well. The two storage loops can hold my average size pipes well. To avoid scratches, I keep my pipe tool in the built-in side pockets. I tuck the match box on the top just before zipping everything in. I have no doubt the bag will be durable for years to come, since I just use it to transport my pipe gear out on the patio or local tobacco shop. No complaints, and for the price, it is a great value item. I would recommend to a friend.

For the price, I was expecting thinner leather and cheaper hardware, but this is absolutely fantastic. Supple, thick, blemish-free leather, well-placed piping and stitching, and hearty well-aligned zippers make this pouch something I want to take care of instead of just chucking it in a glove compartment, although based on the quality of materials, I think it will take a beating easily and still last forever. I literally had to come back to my Amazon order page to make sure I didn't accidentally order a much more expensive bag. But it's the right one! I expect this will last for many years, if not decades. Very handsome and top quality workmanship.

A great product here. Zipper was a complaint of a few reviews. Either they upgraded since or they are mistaken. The zipper and pull are of the highest quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of the zipper pull. The smaller bag within does have a smaller zipper so perhaps they were speaking of this one.Everything fits nicely. The inner pouch has a magnet underneath the keeps it aligned in the center. Nice! The smaller "tobacco pouch" fit more than expected. Enough for 4-5 bowlfuls. The leather, weather it is cheap imitation or low grade, is soft and supple.

I got this set for my husband who is fairly new to pipe smoking. And what can I say about this is set other than OMG. This set is unbelievable. For this price you are getting a pretty decent pipe for starters, plus everything you need to keep it up. Not only that you are getting the tools that will last long into the pipes that you get once you upgrade your pipe.They also give you a nice small supply of filters to try out so you can figure out which kind you like the best to use. There are the standard paper filters placed inside the stem of the pipe along with the wire ball filters that are placed inside the bowl with the tobacco. You will also get a pair of rubber tips that are placed on the stem tips of your pipes for transport, and knock crock, a stand, a leather tobacco pouch, a foldable cleaning tool, a scraper, and a pipe pouch that everything fits in and that holds 2 pipes.The only complaint we both have about this set is that the tobacco pouch is too small. It may hold a day’s worth of tobacco, if you are lite pipe tobacco smoker. But if you are more than that, you will be filling this pouch several times a day.
