Pros:Sound quality is amazingSoftware easy to useCool sound effects/presets/voice changerVery sturdy buildLooks really coolCons:The only con I could find is the mic is rather heavy and will not work with a cheap mic arm but thats not really an issue as the mic does come with its own base.NOTE - This was on sale for only $99 when I purchased it so my review may be a bit biased.I can say this is the best sounding mic that I have used. Previously I was using the Razer Siren which was not bad though expensive.Overall for normal retail price $199 it would still be a good value if you wanted all the World Of Warcraft effects and presets though you could just get the non Warcraft version and save a few dollars.

It is easy to use the mic. It worked just by inserting the usb cable to my computer. It came with a desktop stand, but if you want to be heard clearly without any background noise, you want the mic to be close to your mouth, like 4 to 5 inches away or closer. It looks nice and sturdy.

The sound is great especially when you use it with their Logitech G Hub software.Without the software it picks up a lot of the noise in the room so you really need a quiet room to get a good result, but with their software you can play around and get good results.

What I love most about this Mic is that it’s easy to see if you have to much background noise coming in. As someone who regularly games and streams, it’s a nightmare when my audience and friends tell me that they hear a lot of background noise. So I then have to adjust the settings. For this mic I don’t need to wait. There is a light ring on the mic that fills up as noise is being made. So if I’m sitting still making no noise or even just typing and the ring is going up. I know the mic is picking up the sound and it’s can lower the intake volume.So far I have no complaints.

So I ordered this on a whim to try out for gaming and some zoom meetings. I should preface everything you read from here by saying I game on a laptop so your experience will be different if you are on a desktop.When it arrived it’s well packaged but since I bought it on a whim I was surprised by how large the box was.So I was extra surprised by how big the mic itself is, and doubly super surprised by how heavy the mic and stand is when combined. It’s stout and could be used as a blunt force weapon in combat.The mic itself is pretty, the grey finish is different and the gold highlights make it pop. As others have noted the buttons are a bit floppy and the USB port into the mic is quite stiff, like I was concerned I was going to damage the port since I had to push pretty hard to get it in.The stand is REALLY nice and WoW fans will love it. Nice runes around the base, it’s solid and gorgeous.Setup with the Logitech software was simple and it recognized the Yeti X WoW edition right away so I was able to play with the preloaded voice effects and sound samples right away. They’re actually well done, fairly enjoyable and there’s quite a few to choose from.I hopped into a few Discord chats and the difference from my old mic was immediately obvious to several friends. The sound quality was quite high after some adjustments to gain and some adjustments to the Nvidia Broadcast background noise adjustment. Broadcast is quite powerful and eliminates all background noise quite well.Ultimately I struggled to get this set up the way I wanted. Putting it in front of my laptop as pictured resulted in quite a lot of breathiness coming through no matter how much I adjusted the gain or noise control. I should point out the laptop in the background is a 17” Screen so that gives you some idea of how big the mic and stand is. Putting it off to the side resulted in some dropped words if I was whispering. So it was a bit frustrating. The ideal set up is probably angled up between the keyboard and monitor of a desktop with the stand or on a boom arm, but a boom arm would invalidate the beautiful stand.After much debate I sent it back because I just couldn’t make it work for what I wanted and it was just too big for my space, but I’d still recommend it if you’re a WoW fan. I’ll point out the voice effects and prerecorded sound bites got pretty old pretty fast while I was playing WoW but they were more enjoyable in other games and during zoom or voice chats. The WoW fans appreciated it.

El uso es tan simple solo se debe conectar, también el software del LOGITECH HUB, tiene buenas configuraciones para el micrófono y estas afectan directamente al microfono y ya no es necesario configurarlo en otra aplicación (pero también es bueno jugar con las configuraciones de los softwares de grabacion). Y junto con filtros del OBS o el Audacity, obtengo muy buenas grabaciones.Lo único que no me agrada es para colocar en MUTE al micrófono el botón es medio rígido (ese no es el problema), el problema es que el micrófono si graba cuando se presiona ese botón. y si estan en streaming puede molestar a la gente cuando se mutea, pero es un contra muy pequeño con relacion a todo lo demás

Best asthetics and best quality microphone for your buck!

Un poco complicada la instalación, tuve que verme varios videos para entender el programa. El programa Blue yeti, da problemas, no reconoce el micrófono aunque lo active legalmente, sin embargo, esto no afecta en cuanto a su funcionamiento, por lo que la pregunta que me surge es, ¿para que está ese programa?De todos modos, estoy mas que conforme con la compra

Además del hecho de que me lo lleve completamente nuevo a 2360 pesos mx es una chulada.Me gusta mucho trabajar con micrófonos más especializados pero este bebe es una chulada del plug and play. Si es verdad que capta mucho ruido pero ese no es mucho problema para mí ya que solamente lo uso para voz en off.Con la ganancia al mínimo y ayuda del software de blue suena increíble directamente, ahora si de grabaciones hablamos después de una pasada por audition no notarías la diferencia con grandes flagships (obviamente tiene sus límites)Realmente estoy muy feliz con lo que conseguí

Everything is good BUT you will loose the control of your window volume adjustement, It can only be adjusted on ghub software OR the mic himself.. I prefer the old blue yeti a lot more, This one you have to play in the ghub for get a good sound. I think i will sell it and keep using my old blue yeti grey

Me encantó es muy elegante y está muy bien hecho el sonido es nitido y si eres fanático del juego World of warcraft es ta padre para coleccionar.Lo malo es que este tipo de microfono(microfono de condensador) capta todo desde el teclado, carros , el reclinado de las puertas pero funciona ala perfección yo estoy muy feliz de averlo comprado
