When I first bit into this it was nasty. I attempted to swallow them without chewing but the bottle advises against that. After a week of chewing them I think I am used to the taste and they are not that bad.They work well and have helped to keep me regular

The taste of these reminds me of McDonald's cheese burgers. It's absolutely awful I can not stand it. I bought two bottles and both went in the bin.

When words like ‘cider vinegar’ are involved, it’s natural to expect gummies that have a tangy, bitter or at least bitter-sweet flavour. So I was surprised by the mildness of these reasonably chunky gummies. They taste like unsweetened apple flavour sweets, not really sweet but not bitter or sour either. If you’re looking for vitamins that will really tickle your tastebuds or make your eyes water, these are not them.But they are very pleasant, in a mild and simple way. They are fairly substantial, with a satisfying chewiness that is reminiscent of gelatine even though there’s no gelatine in them. They’re very palatable, leaving a gentle apple flavour in the mouth, but otherwise fairly unremarkable.Vitamins-wise, they aren’t the most powerful on the block, giving around 30 to 50 percent of your RDA of vitamins like C, B6 and B12, compared to other vitamins which pack 100% or more of your RDA in for better or worse. This makes them a better fit for a controlled and realistic diet, rather than any kind of miracle cure.For the number of gummies in a pot, and the strength of those gummies, they’re moderate value, neither the best nor the worst. As well as not having the flavour kick I was expecting, there’s nothing much else that pops these to the top of the class either. A solid 4 out of 5.
