This hose weighs almost nothing!Not only do I love it, I buy 25' lengths and give them to friends this thing is crazy good.I now own 250 feet and WILL buy more.Pros:WeightNO tangle and no snarled bunches of hoseNo kinking and no un-intended "shut off"The car roll right it no problemCons:Be careful when you walk on it, it's just like a rope on a sailboat deck... it can roll. But now that you know that... it doesn't matter b/c you'll avoid it.

I bought one of these hoses late last summer. I loved it. I bought 4 more this spring. One popped about 1/2 way through the hose. (The inside of the hose is balloon like.) Thinking it was just a fluke I bought another one. A few days later another one broke at the end of the hose. The black plastic broke right off the hose. I thought it was because I pulled to hard even though I had not pulled "that" hard. So I bought another...I am a little naïve I guess. I really really REALLY liked the hoses so I guess I was in denial. I wanted them to work. Well, I have had had 2 more pop in the center of the hose. I decided to check the reviews and I see this is happening to a LOT of people. This company is making good money off of those of us who can't afford to use "disposable" hoses. It is a good thing I had not had my rummage sale yet. I was able to dig out my old hoses. It is a shame. These blue hoses are so awesome to use but buying them is like throwing money in the garbage. I have 4 in the garbage!!!

I love the idea of this hose. To be able to tuck it away easily in a decorative pot was very appealing to me. However, the ends don't stay hooked to the hose and leak horribly. Will have to stick with the ugly and more difficult to handle hose instead. :(

They do not last long , you need to keep them out of the sun and heat . When they do work they are great . I buy when on sale and go through a couple a season but find the expense worth it . I live on a dirt road and use it to rinse off my vehicles . If they are waxed I can keep them looking new all summer long . You can not use these with pressure washers only for rinsing and watering .

I was given a shorter version of this hose as a gift. I found I really lked it so I bought the larger one. It is great around the house for quick jobs rather than pulling out the traditional rubber hose. It is light, travels well and stores easy. It is intended to be taken out to use and put away immediately after. Also, you need to have 40lbs or so water pressure or this hose will collapse on you as you are using it. It is the reason it was given to me by someone who bought it to water a patio garden but insufficient water pressure caused the hose to shrink and tug.

This I must say is incredible. I have never used a hose with such ease. I purchased for my wife who was lugging around this 50ft hose and at times would not roll it up because it was to cumbersome.This retracted as it says and it is light as a feather to place near the faucet. Even my wife was excited about the ease of use. We will probably get another for the front; tho this one is so light it can be carried to the front by a child.

I thought I would purchase one of the expanding garden hoses that had become so popular this past spring. I just moved to a new condo and needed something flexible, compact and durable. This was purchased to replace my old, inflexible hose that was heavy and cumbersome.Used it once in the summer and almost immediately the heavy duty spray nozzle which I purchase along with the hose sprung a leak. The nozzle was replaced by Amazon, but the the new one still leaked a bit.I went to use it a second time this past weekend (October) to clean my lawn furniture and after a few minutes of usage I heard a popping sound. The hose exploded and covered me with water from head to toe.Too late to return, but I have learned my lesson with these expandable hoses. They are inexpensive, good looking, compact, but definitely not made to last for more than a few usages. Inferior quality product!

I paid 13.34 for this I guess I got what I Paid it broke after two day use not worth send back in the trash it went
