we will attached the software CD in package, you can also contact us to ask software by Amazon message, we will provide you the download link.

Do you sell replacement batteries for this?

If you have a US address, we can sell you batteries separately, but the international shipping ccost for pure batteries is very expensive, about USD43, and the delivery time is about 1 month. Started fine. Didn’t last

What the product does when it is working is fantastic. Trouble is it died after six months. We are not able to download data from it anymore.
