Compact and Easy to Carry and Use
I love this compact tape. It is a good alternative to expensive logger's tapes and is a lot easier to carry around than a big roll up tape measure. Really happy with this purchase.

When a regular tape measure just won't do
After needing measurements for the size of the back deck, how far it was from the house to the road, how many shrubs I needed to space 5 feet apart along a wall, or trying to ensure I didn't plant a willow tree too close to my driveway or water lines, etc., and trying to do that with a 12 foot measuring tape - when I saw this 100 foot one, I had to have it!

Grabbed this when it was on sale. Its Dewalt so I love it. Works great.

Numerals should be black
Had to knock a star off because the numerals are medium light red against a yellow background and that makes it harder to read in certain outdoor lighting. Not sure why they chose that color. Other than that it works well and is fairly priced.
